Second time was as lovely
This was our second time at this property. And we again thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great. We enjoyed the sunny yard. The owner is super responsive. All around good experience.

Great house in quiet neighborhood
We stayed for over a week in this completely renovated home and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Tony was very responsive and so kind and helpful. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and the variety of cooking spices I've seen at any vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Convenient Location to Bentonville activities
We stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend. It was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Our only negative was the thermostat kept resetting to a lot warmer temperature throughout the day and night. We all slept a little hot. Overall, cute remodeled home.

We had a lovely stay in Bentonville for a baseball tournament. The house was easy to find, centrally located, very clean & spacious with lots of thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

Great place!
Super cute and clean place! Plenty of room for our family (two adults - two teen boys). Host left a book full of FAQs/recommendations about the property and the Bentonville area, which was super helpful. Conveniently located to the downtown square area, which was adorable and had tons of awesome restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Fayetteville, which we also visited while in town.

"D" lightful
A friend and I wanted a girl's vacation and this was the perfect place to stay. The check in was easy as well as check out. The home was immaculate, and cozy. The beds were soo comfortable 💤 😊. My friend and I felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. If I could I would move this property to my part of the world.

The house is exactly as described and pictured! Everything was great! The house was very clean, great location, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating, plenty of room and very comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. Check-in and out was super simple and everything was ready on time with no problems. We’ll stay here every time we’re in NWA if it’s available! No complaints!

overall clean and well appointed. very good communication with the owner. one king, 2 queens that were comfortable and a futon that was not as much. nice big sectional with big screen. area is south of downtown and other ranch styles not updated but was ok for a short stay. reasonable price.

Beautiful, relaxing space in a great location!
This house is incredible! Perfect for a girl’s weekend or family vacation. We had 6 girls stay and there was more than enough space for us. The large open kitchen/living room allows for conversation while cooking or enjoying a drink. The kitchen is fully stocked (there’s even a cabinet FULL of spices! Such a genius idea!) and has great cookware and dinnerware. We loved the complimentary Netflix and cozy couch for relaxing in between shopping at the Promenade and going to the Square for dinner. The beds were so comfy (including the futon!!), showers had great water pressure, and the bathrooms are spacious for 6 women getting ready for a night on the town. The location is a huge plus too!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured, but even better than described. The owner thought of everything and beyond, which made our stay even more perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything from ziplock bags, to coffee pods and tea bags. The property provided extras to make us feel at home. The beds were comfortable. The house was so clean. The only thing that I would have asked for is to have additional towels (hand towels, wash cloths, and bath towels). We ended up going to Walmart to buy additional towels. The owner was responsive, polite, and very pleasant. We come to visit family multiple times a year and usually stay at a hotel. From now on, we will be looking for this rental to stay at.

Newly renovated in a central location
We had a great time. The rental was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and neat, spacious and with everything we needed and then some. The due to the weather we enjoyed the huge TV screen that came with complementary Netflix. The property manager was super responsive and even alerted us to an issue with the Wifi before we had at all noticed that something was not working. It was very quickly resolved with their help. The kitchen has the basics for cooking and a lot of spices are provided. We also appreciated the outside furniture and the little folding table we found in the garage so that when it was nice we could eat in the backyard. The location was great. It was 10 min biking to the beginning of the Slaughter Pen Trail and 5 min to Trash icecream or Creperie Paulette. 5 min drive by car to great sushi at Sushi House or to I-49 for excursions further afield, and 10 min drive to a great liquor/wine store (Guess Who?) or the Rec Center with a fun water park. The manager was also so nice to let us check out late so that we could take advantage of the nice weather on our leaving day with some more biking as no one had booked directly after us. I think you can make 6 people work, the table only fits 4, but the kitchen island is bigger and there are 6 sets of everything for dishes, cutlery etc. I'm not sure 8 would really work well. With 4 people it was very spacious. All in all a great experience and we'd definitely return.

Easy access neighborhood close to the historical town square and Crystal Bridges & The Momentary. Great communication with the host and quickly responds. Home is remodeled, nicely decorated and beds are comfy! Double car garage. Older neighborhood is nice for walking around. Bike paths are a short distance to connect. Perfect for the four of us.

Week stay
The house was clean and well stocked (shampoo, body wash, face wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, a ton of spices in the kitchen, coffee and tea). My family and I stayed for a week and it was nice having those basics provided by the hosts! The check in process was easy and the hosts responded to messages quickly. Garage parking was available (the garage is small so can’t really accommodate larger vehicles) but our Tesla fit just fine and it was nice to have the garage door opener for the week. The beds were comfortable and the sheets are so soft, the location is as described and close to everything. Overall I’d recommend this house to other families or friend groups visiting the Bentonville area!
