This spacious and comfortable home is close to everything! Downtown Bentonville, local parks, or you can jump on the main bike trails to Slaughter Pen or Coler Creek.

With a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, TV's in every space, large office/dining areas, lots of storage throughout and a fenced in backyard.

We spent 4 days for a mountain biking trip. The rental location allowed us to ride bike from the house as well as to walk or ride downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bentonville in late October
Bentonville is lovely town to visit and this townhouse was the perfect complement to our stay. It’s a very comfortable up to date townhouse in a good location. I would stay there again.

Wonderful large Townhouse
We had a great time staying in the townhouse. There was no noise and the place was very clean. Bentonville has the best places to eat at. Had a wonderful time and it was so relaxing. Would stay here again.

Girls get away weekend
The amenities, communication. and location were just right. It was too bad for us that the city just experienced a tornado one week prior to our stay. The owner had no control over it and was very forthcoming about the situation
