Guests will have full private access to enjoy the entire home and property, including the private beach. Guests will access the home via a smartlock using a secure code which will be sent via email.

Please note, there are 159 stairs down to the private beach with areas available to stop and rest, which makes each run approximately 40 steps. Lake conditions are unpredictable, and at any time bluff conditions may be altered, impacting the condition/availability of the stairs. The stairs are maintained to the greatest extent possible. Due to mother nature, we cannot 100% guarantee that the stairs will always be available.

This luxury lakefront property is very welcoming to groups; however, guests are expected to be mindful of neighbors, adhering to noise ordinances. While total occupancy is 12, a maximum of 8 adults are allowed. Adults are not permitted to sleep on top bunk or trundle beds in bunk room.
