Dont book!
Didnt get a chance to go into the house. We parked and were getting ready to bring our stuff in when random people from the neighborhood started to surround us. Neighborhood is needs improvement, abandoned houses, drug houses, etc all around. Once we realized we were being surrounded we jumped into the car and took off and found a hotel to stay at. The best part was the owner only refunded me half of the payment for the property even though we never stayed there.

Lovely place; responsive hosts
The property was clean, well-stocked, well-maintained, and had fun, quirky, artsy, decor. Beautiful sunflowers, fresh garden tomatoes as a perk. The host was immediately reaponsive to inquiries and questions. Benton Harbor is, unfortunately, a rather blighted town. It was obviously a lovely area at one point. That said, it's right next door to St Joe, and we love coming here every year with the kids.

This house was so unique!! We loved the house itself! The neighborhood was a little rough, didn’t feel super safe at night just because of location. The host was very fast with responses and very nice. We would stay again if it was just adults but probably wouldn’t bring kids back due to location.

Great place!
The house was not perfect! We had two 11 year olds, two 15 year olds, two 17 year olds & an adult. All ages thought the house was great. The neighborhood was a little rough but the house itself was great. Super close to st Joseph & Benton harbor. Convenient, clean, spacious, fun!!!

Short drive to beach
The app would not open. So we couldn’t ask questions if we wanted. But the place was nice very clean. Plenty of room for the 8 of us and still had room if needed.

Great place to stay!
This was a great place for our one night stay! Mark was excellent at communicating and answered all my messages right away. Check in was easy. House has a lot of unique artist touches which was cool. There were fresh flowers in several rooms and they even left muffins for us. Would use again if we were in the area!

A Fun Space- Beautiful Art
Loved all the detail in the house. Appreciated all of the art throughout the house. Nice quiet evening of sleep and enjoyed the morning coffee.
