"It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. "Family time. Hotel was very nice. Rooms were excellent very nice and extremely large. In fact my opinion all hotel rooms should be like the room I had. Living room with dinner table couch and chair and then had a very large bedroom and bathroom."

"We loved the hotel and heated pool. We stayed bc we went to a show at Century II. Our stay would have been perfect if we hadn’t had left his Nintendo switch in the room, immediately called that same day and they some how couldn’t find it. Smh. When we without a doubt left it. My 7yr olds son fault for leaving it but the staff could have been honest and returned it. "
