"The remote wasn’t working and I reported it after my check-in. The guy working was quick to come up and replace it. There were a couple of issues with a kitchen drawer and some green paint over some areas in the bathroom that I reported. It seemed they were aware. The latter issues weren’t a problem for me, I just didn’t want to be charged. Also, I appreciated the promptness of attention from the agent working when I reported the issue with the remote. Additionally, I called to extend my stay one more day due to a family issue that brought me in to town and it was easy to do that issue via phone (I presume to their call center; I’ll go down to the front desk in the morning to ensure there is no issue)."

"Hotel was really nice and had great amenities such as the continental breakfast (great selection) and the pool. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel is located in a great area - right off the interstate, near shopping and restaurants, and near the Blue Ridge Mountains. They upgraded us from a Queen to a King. Overall, very satisfied."
