Front desk unattended when I tried to check in. Waited five minutes then noticed open door to office in back. Stuck my head in and called out. Person who eventually checked me in cold, unfriendly, unsmiling, no eye contact TV did not work, two people tried to fix it but could not. Person checking me out refused to give receipt for payment, I stood my ground and eventually got it. Way below my expectations for Hampton Inn.

Great Stay! Highly Recommended. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable space to relax after a long day. I didn’t see anything on the website about pets. I am allergic to dog hair and it was on the check in carts. I didn’t see much pet hair in the room,however I was sneezing badly. At 5:00 I was awakened by dogs barking through the door. Not a pleasant stay.

Fantastic experience! We were on a roadtrip and staying in Hampton Inns each night, but this property stands out - the team is lovely and they have thought of many details to make guests feel cozy and welcome, even the four legged ones with complimentary dog toys at the desk!
