A comfortable 50sqm apartments, with a fantastic sea view, located in the central area of ​​a large South -East facing villa with Mediterranean garden in a quiet well-kept residential area and can accommodate 2 people.
The apartment has a private entrance with its own doorbell and private terrace with sea view where you can spend balmy summer evenings under the palm trees. At the BBQ- cottage adjoins the pool terrace with a 10 x 5 m swimming pool.
A brightly furnished bedroom (sea view) with double bed (can be changed into 2 single mattresses) and white cabinets. A sauberesTageslicht- bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. The small kitchen is complete with a 4 cooktop gas stove (Electr. Ignition), microwave - oven combo, refrigerator with freezer, div. Kitchen appliances and washer set. Likewise, you will find an iron and an ironing board. Bed linen, towels, tea towels are also available free of charge. Please bring your own beach towels.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living / dining room with sea views and is equipped with satellite TV, radio-CD player, books and board games provided (Internet fee.). The washing machine is located in a sep. Space. From each room you have a magnificent view of the sea.

At the bottom, separate area, there is a practice for
Massage, lymphatic drainage, pedicure and nail salon.

We live in the upper part of the house and are always happy to help those questions and give you request advise on the many excursions, shopping and travel advice.

Fabulous villa with wonderful view
The apartment was perfect for two people and the air-conditioning was essential in the bedroom.The view from the terrace was to die for.We had a fantastic time, chilled and can't wait to go back! Nicole and Margit were wonderful hosts who were on hand if we needed anything, but completely respected our privacy.

Die Wohnung war traumhaft schön. Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Nicole sehr genossen - hatten sehr viel Privatsphäre und trotzdem war sie immer ansprechbar bei Problemen. Ein Rundum- Sorglospaket für einen tollen Urlaub. Nur ohne Auto ist man etwas aufgeschmissen 😉

Heerlijke plek
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Benissa. Het appartement ziet er heel gezellig uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is geweldig! Heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad en regelmatig gebruik gemaakt van de buitenkeuken / bbq. Nicole (de eigenaresse) zal alles doen om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken . Het heeft ons aan niks ontbroken. Dankjewel Nicole voor alles, wij hebben 100% genoten!

Het was een ongelooflijk verblijf . Mooie locatie , zeer sympathieke gastvrouwen. Zeer veel respect voor privacy. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en het is super netjes. Zeer mooi en verzorgd zwembad met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Een meer dan aanrader . Wij komen beslist terug het was een onvergetelijk verblijf!!!! Bedankt Nicole !!!!!

A la casa no le falta ningún tipo de detalle, todo muy limpio y confortable. La cocina pequeñita pero no podía ser más completa, dormitorio con aire acondicionado...Tiene unas vistas preciosas a la montaña y al mar. La terraza es perfecta. Hay espacios compartidos con los dueños como la piscina o la zona de la barbacoa, en nuestro caso fueron como espacios privados . Nicole, su madre, Margaret y la perrita Emma hicieron que tuvieramos una estancia inolvidable desde el primer momento.Muchas gracias.Volveremos!

Perfect.
Part of me doesn't want to write a review. I would prefer that Villa Puerta Azul was a secret but that would not be fair to Nicole, the landlady, who was the perfect hostess. We wanted a holiday where we could relax physically and mentally and we could not have chosen a better place. The apartment has a terrace with a panoramic view of the coastline, including the Peñon de Ifach. There is a large swimming pool which, supposedly, is shared with the owner but we had it all to ourselves. The apartment is lovingly decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery you could wish for. There is a safe and a washing machine in the utility room. There is even an empty grandfather clock to remind you that time does not exist here. Art at it's finest! In a car you are close to everywhere. We visited Javia, Altea, Moraira, Calpe , Benissa and Benidorm. If you have mobility issues, you will find the stairs leading down to the apartment difficult. And if you have children, you will prefer to be somewhere else. We want to come back. To be honest, we didn't want to leave. This was the best medicine for our 21st Century stress. Thank you Nicole!
