"A friend and myself were looking for a quiet week away in the sun and this villa did not disappoint. The property is in excellent condition and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoyed BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or use the bicycles at the villa and head to the sea front where there are more restaurants. Overall a great week"

"Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues"

"My husband, myself and our two teenage daughters spent a glorious two weeks in Kate’s beautiful property. I have to say on arrival the property was absolutely spotless both inside and outside. The outside space is absolutely beautiful and lots of it. There were lovely zoned off areas for sunbathing or if you wanted shade and there was plenty of outside furniture to enjoy all the spaces, six beautiful loungers was a real treat with beautiful umbrellas if you wanted shade. "we chose this villa particularly for its shallow end in the pool because of her two young children 7 and 8 years old. there is a wood burning stove and outdoor barbecue area which was excellent although we didn't need the stove at all. Cooking facilities are very good although was unsure about which setting was for the oven on the cooker. Have to pay extra for bed linen and sheets, not expensive at €1 per day per person. one piece of advice to the property owner would be to change pillows or...

"We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes."
