"A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. Only one set of bedding for each bed. Good job we only used 2 beds. No sun at all in house , very cold as it was September to mid November so heating had to go on even though warm...

"We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. My only comment is that while this was perfect now my children are in their 20s, if I’d have come when they...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. "The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. "Wonderful outside space with great views out to sea. Inside was clean although little bit more basic than previous villas and missing a few essentials. (We bought and left a tea towel for future guests and extra bin liners would be nice) slightly disappointed to find only German channels available on the television but maybe we should try harder as a race to learn new languages?"

"The villa was great. Quirky layout and lots of steps, so maybe not suitable for older people. Pool was fantastic, lots of outdoor places to sit, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The area is very quiet and the views from the upstairs covered terrace were amazing. We all had a fabulous time here."
