"Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!"

"A nice hotel maybe not the greatest location as it's located at the far end of Altea. Taxis took on average 20 to 30 minutes wait time's to and from the old city. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool area was nice except the 3 days of filming with drones flying over you and the film crew were annoying. Buffet for breakfast and dinner had a nice selection. "

Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. "Lovely hotel very welcoming by reception staff. Room was absolutely spotless and clean. Bed was a little hard for me as a memory foam bed. Could have done with another pillow and didn’t realise that more were available if we asked. Didn’t really fancy the dinner on offer so went out for dinner. Breakfast was amazing though and plentiful with a great selection of hot food pastries fruit cereal and yogurt. The barman was a little abrupt and rude and all was doing was trying to pay for a coffee....

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly.
