"The hotel was beautiful, from the outside, the reception until the rooms, the room.we got was lovely, spacious, and we got partial viwe from the plaza with a little balcony. The hotel is located in the plaza del ayuntamiento wich is so close to everything, food ,shopping, tourist places, 😀 we have a little issue with the Air cond, however Carlos was so happy to sort the things out, we were given a fan and he was happy to offered us a change of room if we weren't happy, he was so helpful that makes a difference in the stuff, but to be honest the rest of the stuff was very nice also! Always with a big smile on their face! Which i think is the best thing that u can find when u arrived in a place ! Happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family! Lovely stay! Thank you to all the staff"

"Convenient location, close to train station, central to many bars, restaurants and cafes and a very special place called Bikini Mercat, this place has delicious food and drinks. We went to Rental & Tours bike, scooter and electronic bike hire shop just opposite to this hotel, again another very friendly and reasonable place to this hotel with local knowledge about Valencia, you don’t have to go far, everything you might need is near this hotel, all together my husband and I can’t praise the hotel staff enough. This is one the best service hotels in Valencia because of how welcoming the staff are in reception, the concierge staff and the two own hotel’s restaurant’s staff who make you feel very welcome and they are all very obliging. We give this beautiful hotel 5* for their hard work making guests feel fabulous. We are definitely returning to this hotel."

"It was a good experience, the hotel installations are not in the best shape, gym is very poor in equipment and maintenance, and the elevators as well. Foos was good, only had breakfast, food was good quality and abundant in variety. "

"Nice hotel in a very convenient location, a big mall is next street and you are next to the bus station if needed. Also there’s a metro stop two streets away. The rooms are simple and the staff very nice. It’s a good option if you are visiting the city"

"The hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the city centre - with easy access to Turia Gardens -, but on a quiet street with no external noise. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone on hand at reception to answer any queries and help. Breakfast, whilst a little expensive, was nice when we had it on the last day (it would be worth booking this in advance if you're unsure). The building is very stylish and chic, and the rooms - whilst on the smaller side - are clean, comfortable and cosy, with good, quiet air con. You can hear some noise from the corridor, but if you have considerate people also staying in the hotel, it won't be a problem. Light sleepers should ask for a room as far away from the breakfast room as possible, as staff start setting up for this quite early."
