Kitchen has everything you would want. There is a TV with Netflix and sky news. The views are really nice of the Mar Menor sea. the owner Luis met us on arrival and was very helpful. "

Very well appointed and comfortable with everything you need. The owner and his niece are great communicators and all went seamlessly. Very quiet block and street. "We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space.
