Equipped with everything necessary for living. The living room has a big flat TV with a Smart TV, a dining area and sofa. The master bedroom also has a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and there are all the necessary items for cooking. Has air conditioners in each room have and a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi and a safe box. All windows have shutters and curtains. The size of the penthouse is 120 square meters. Located in an 11 story building.

Lovely property in a quiet location
Stayed for 4 nights as a group of 4 friends. Property was in a quiet area within walking distance of beach,bars,restaurants and shops. Main Benidorm nightlife was only a short taxi ride away. Apartment was a great size,very comfortable beds, had 2 fabulous terraces with great views and ample outdoor furniture .Flat was well equipped. The only negative was the bathrooms needed an upgrade and showers were temperamental.Would stay here again.Had a great time.

Nice apartment although bathrooms could do with a refurb. Patio door would not close. B9t enough quilts for number of beds. Check in process a farce.... what is not mentioned is that there are 2 blocks of flats in complex and a sign is at one side which is other side to where this apartment is. No lift to flat got to carry case up last flight of stairs.

Ladies weekend away in the sun
The property was exactly as the pictures showed, beautiful and clean with amazing views around the bay. On the lead up to our trip Maxim responded quickly to any questions that we had. The property was very near the beach with lots of cafes, bars and supermarket close by. Also a few minutes walk to a taxi rank. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting benidorm. Lovely stay, heaps of room with two beautiful balconies. Located away from the main bars etc however still local places nearby if you fancy a quieter drinks or dinner. Isabella looked after us really well

Just little issues but if rectified would make all the difference . No English speaking person at reception , maybe a small welcome pack like water , fruit etc ok
