Spectacular Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with private 10x5m pool, barbecue, pergola Mediterranean style, several terraces to eat, enjoy and relax outdoors. It has a parking area for 3 cars.

This property has been recently renovated.

It is surrounded by a large garden with different environments.

The area where the house is located is an urbanization of about 150 villas, with tennis court service, bar / restaurant and community pools.

It is a very quiet area with beautiful surroundings, surrounded by high mountains, unspoiled nature and with spectacular views towards the sea and the whole valley.

In the village there are several bars / restaurants, and a small supermarket where in the mornings it offers fresh bread and croissants.

It is located 15 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of the Costa Blanca
Close to cities such as Denia and Javea, with great attractions to visit, impressive restaurants, several of them with Michelin stars.

30 minutes by car for excursions to Benidorm, and visit the Aqualandia water park, or Terra Mítica attractions.

The Villa is 1 hour by car from the cities of Valencia and Alicante, with motorway exit 5 minutes from the villa.

The pictures of the premises didn’t do it justice in real life. It was far more beautiful and the views were out of this world. A lovely place a lovely villa with a very kind and smiley host that accommodated everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful villa
Lovely villa with beautiful views and a lovely well maintained pool. There is a club house just a short walk away with friendly staff. The villa is very clean with all the facilities you need. The sun beds and furniture were in pristine condition. Beds were all comfortable. Driving was so easy with no traffic to worry about. We would love to visit again.

After leaving the property in the way requested by the owner Ismael we then received an extra charge for a cleaning fee. The claim was that we had left vomit and rubbish all over the house which is a complete lie and was not the case. when asked for evidence of this Ismael could not provide this. It was stated that it took 4 hours to clean the property but the claim was put in just 2 hours after checking out of the Villa. All the rooms in the Villa were left tidy and free of rubbish, bin bags were left by the front gate as instructed by Ismael when we arrived at the Villa.

You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. Communication during booking is great and the check-in and out process is really smooth. Thanks Ismael.

Amazing experience.
Over the last twenty years, we've made most of our family travel plans around the world using vacation rentals similar to this one. This was easily one of the best. The owner made check in and check out as easy as can be and we felt at home immediately upon our arrival. We can't say enough good things about this place and have zero complaints. Area is quiet and remote, but close enough to a long list of wonderful places to see. We found ourselves not wanting to leave the property very much and shortened our list of things to see in the area. Thank you again for a wonderful time.

Simply amazing
The property was even better than the listing described. We were met by the owners Ismael and his wife, they take so much pride in the property. Everything was clean and tidy. The outdoor space and pool is marvellous. Just the ideal villa to relax and recharge. Lots to do and see in and around the marina Alta area. Excellent villa, thanks again Ismael, 5 stars!!

Wonderful time to relax
We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment. Excellent villa on the mountain with a beautiful view. The kids loved the pool. Nearby Pool Bar serves delicious food where we had several dinners. Also the beach is not far away, just a short drive.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen und Ismael ist ein sehr netter und dezenter Gastgeber, der aber bei kleineren Problemen sofort zur Verfügung stand. Das Haus hat einen herrlichen Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer, der Pool ist wunderbar groß und an einer Seite auch schön tief.insgesamt ein tolles Haus, was wir nur empfehlen können, wenn auch der Weg zum Haus etwas bergig ist. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub - vielen Dank Ismael.

Nos hemos alojado durante una semana y se nos ha hecho muy corto, nos hemos sentido como en casa. De la villa no se puede poner ni una pega, todo perfecto, no le falta de nada. Vistas espectaculares, ambiente tranquilo, ubicación perfecta, cerca de Benidoleig, Orba, Pedreguer, Denia... Un lujo de piscina, la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Destacar el trato de los propietarios, muy atentos y amables. Nos dieron recomendaciones para comer y visitar en la zona. Si tenemos la oportunidad, volveremos.

Schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit Freunden in der Villa und haben die 17 Tage in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt war, wurde sofort eine neue Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Super Service. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt. Er ist jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und reagiert zeitnah. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen.
