This is a new hotel. They told me it's only opened for a month. It's reasonable, but I thought it was overpriced for the area. The breakfast was okay, but the service was hovering, I was asked too many times to write a review on trip advisor. Breakfast is available until 10AM, but I was called three times in my room to let me know that breakfast was available. At the price, the room should have a refrigerator. But these things are not the problem, the hotel is 'okay'. The problem is that, if you search on hotels near the Bangalore Airport, this one comes up first, 1.4 miles from the airport. On the map for the listing, the hotel is shown as being AT the airport, right next to the terminal. I thought I was booking a hotel within the airport. I was willing to pay more for this since I was flying out the next day. When I went to the information counter at the airport, they said they'd never heard of the hotel. So I went back to the Hotels.com listing, and there it was. So I looked it up on Google maps. This distance from the airport is 16.8 miles, or a 33 minute cab ride (by highway). So, I told the manager about this, and gave him a screenshot of the map. He promised to contact Treebo headquarters (it's a chain) and have them fix it. I also reported this by chat to Hotels.com. It's been a week and the problem hasn't been fixed. To show this place as an 'airport hotel' is really deceptive.
