Aufenthalt nicht stattgefunden wegen Doppelbuchung
Leider hat unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Benfeld erst gar nicht stattgefunden. Vor Ort war niemand anzutreffen und wir konnten den Vermieter auch nicht kontaktieren. Dies haben dann nette Leute von Fewo-direkt versucht, leider erfolglos. Während dieser Zeit hat der Vermieter unsere Buchung dann online storniert mit der Begründung, dass die Wohnung doppelt vermietet war. Kann ja mal passieren - was uns allerdings ärgert ist die Art und Weise: ohne Entschuldigung oder Bemühen, den eigenen Fehler zu korrigieren, die Kontakt-Aufnahme von Fewo-direkt ignorierend einfach stornieren. Danke an das Team von Fewo-direkt, die darum bemüht waren, uns in der unangenehmen Situation (es war schon gegen Abend in der Hauptsaison) zu helfen und noch eine neue Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu finden!! Zu der Unterkunft in Benfeld La Grange de la Maison Garancia sei noch gesagt, dass sie verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig gelegen ist. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Idylle sucht, sollte sich eher was anderes suchen... BBuchung dann

Nous avions reservé la grange, et a notre arrivée nous avons été hébergés dans une autre aile qui ne répondait absolument pas à nos critères de réservation. Hôte faisant le minimum syndical mais qui a eu la courtoisie de nous dédommager une partie du séjour

Verblijf in april
We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. De gastheer was vriendelijk en present. Hij gaf een korte uitleg maar zei wel mochten er vragen zijn dan konden we hem contacteren op zijn telefoonnummer. Het huis is wel te klein voor een gezin met 2 kinderen van 8 en 11. Ook onze grote hond hadden we mee die welkom was. Op de foto's leek het verblijf veel groter. Het zwembad was nog niet gereinigd en dat was wel jammer want we hadden zeer mooie lentedagen en hadden wel zin in een plons in het mooie ruime zwembad. Onze auto mochten we parkeren aan de oprit achter het hek en dat was zeer vriendelijk. De eigenaar was zelf enkele dagen op andere locatie. Wel één puntje van kritiek: zelf vroeg de man om telkens de grote poort dicht te doen telkens we in en uit het domein kwamen, maar toen hijzelf weg was stond de poort volledig open. We hebben een welopgevoede hond die bij ons blijft maar mocht dit niet zo zijn dan kon de hond weglopen en het is wel een drukke baan met veel verkeer. Huis was ook niet zeer proper gepoetst toen we aankwamen. Veel stof onder bed en achter kasten. Wat leuk was is dat de bedjes voor de kindjes beneden mooi klaar stonden en hadden we niet verwacht. We hadden al ons opblaasbaar matras mee voor hen maar dat was niet nodig. Je hebt telkens auto nodig om iets mooi van natuur of cultuur te zien. Niet veel in directe omgeving om te bezichtigen. De wifi verbinding was wel zeer goed en hebben we daardoor veel kunnen opzoeken om naartoe te gaan. Kortom te duur voor wat het is

Premièrement, nous n' avons pas eu le logement que nous avions réservé ...le propriétaire un menteur de Première soit disant qu'il avait un dégât des eaux dans le logement que nous avions loué....mensonge !!! Un couple d'allemand avait loué à la même période que nous.... Deuxièmement nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une cave aménagée à 4 adultes...nous avons dû dormir sur des matelas au sol...le week-end du jour de l'an ! Des reclamations de notre part ont été faite auprès du propriétaire et de vous abritel sans compasation ni de l'un ni de l'autre.. merci beaucoup ! Alors moi aujourd'hui aucune pub de la part du propriétaire =0 et d'abritel=0 Je trouve ça honteux de se retrouver dans une situation telle.... Alors si vous voulez remonté dans mon estime et je ne ferais aucune pub pour vous il serait sûrement souhaitable de faire un geste car dormir deux nuits par terre à 254 euros... cher le sol !!!! Alors je demande un grand geste de votre part...remboursement total de mes frais....Merciiii

Hallo, die Unterkunft ist für vier Personen angeworben, allerdings sind die zwei ausziehbaren Schlafmöglichkeiten zum schlafen völlig ungeeignet. Das Zimmer ist für zwei Personen völlig in Ordnung. Zu Viert aber viel zu klein.

Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, einer tollen Terrasse und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Der Garten wird liebevoll vom sehr netten Gastgeber Sebastian gepflegt.

Très bon accueil et gîte très agréable avec tout le confort. Le petit plus : la piscine ! Le gîte est très bien situé : près des commodités, et des lieux touristiques (Strasbourg, Chateau du Haut Koenigsbourg, Europa Park...)

Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Innen top ausgestattet, außen sehr hübsch im Garten zum sitzen. In der Küche und im Bad ist alles da und noch viel mehr was man braucht. Idyllische Lage zum Wohlfühlen. Kontaktfreier check in war etwas schwierig, da man auf fremdes Grundstück gehen muss, hinter dem Haus. Das war nicht gut beschrieben. 2 Schlafplätze waren super. Die anderen 2 kann man mal austauschen: wir haben das Kopf und Fußende mit Polster unterlegt, da das Bettgestell sonst an Kopf und Fuß tiefer war als der Mittelteil.

Logement au calme, Convient parfaitement pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Très bien situé si vous souhaitez aller à Europapark (25min en prenant le bac pour traverser le Rhin). Nos hôtes nous ont donné quelques conseils de lieux à voir/visiter. Impeccable. Je recommande cette location.
