the ELOVA apartment is located in the Residence St LAURENT on the 2nd floor, bedroom to the north and balcony to the south.
With its 70 m2, it offers a large entrance serving:
on the one hand, a large kitchen / dining area with an adjoining living room, all with a view of a small wood, on the other hand a spacious bedroom, a large independent WC and a bathroom with walk-in shower ( window overlooking a pétanque court .... for amateurs!).
the construction of the building dates from 2018 with all the new standards.
A parking space is reserved in the basement.

Location proche boulangerie, épicerie, supermarché. 200m de la mer. Appartement spacieux, sans vis à vis, balcon donnant sur les bois. Très calme et très bon couchage. Propriétaire réactif et chaleureux. Nous recommandons ++ Frédérique et Stéphane - Nantes

Très bien

L’appartement est très bien : propre, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et bien situé (200 mètres à peine de la mer), pas très éloigné de Deauville tout en étant à l’écart de la foule ! En outre, la propriétaire est très sympathique. Ce fut un bon séjour !
