Great location!
Overall - this place was great. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked with pans/pots to cook with & other things you would need and might forget (cooking tongs, spatula, etc.) The hot tub was nice as was the back yard area. The location is fantastic. A short walk and you're in the old mill shopping district or at the Hayden Amphitheater - there's lovely walking paths by the river and a dog park (and a cute "dog beach"), it's near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. The area is very quiet at night, calm. The only "negative" thing I could say is that there were a few repairs needed that did NOT impact the enjoyment of our stay, but would have been nice to know the property management was aware of just so that I wasn't worried thinking they would think we broke something. Again, very minor, not even something I felt like I needed to message the property management about and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay.

We all found the house to be comfortable. It isn’t super stocked with serving bowls and other extra kitchen appliances, but it did serve us well. The location was great, close to family and The Old Mill. The house has some wear, but again, it worked for our family. I think by the end of the weekend we all agreed we’d stay again.

We loved the location and setup of this rental, however, upon arrival, realized that it had been cleaned but not to any kind of standard. Crumbs all over the floor, baseboards that looked like they had never been wiped down, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes pulled out from the cupboard, dirt filled hot tub, burnt out lightbulbs, horribly dirty air filter and dust caked fans/lights. We contacted the property manager and she was instantly defensive, saying we had choked in early (which we did, about 30 minutes because everything was unlocked and open) but that it’s our fault because the “inspector” couldn’t come over and fix those things and would have. It was clear that the cleanliness standard is not up to par, the manager was unwilling to work with us and in fact tried to get us to leave instead, and overall just didn’t care about charging good money for a less than rental.

The property manager is easy to work with and responds quickly. The property is designed to be spacious and light filled. There is a small park just down the street that is perfect for pet owners. The property is well stocked and the location puts you a short walk to the Mill District. We will come again!!

My son lives with his fiancé in Bend . We traveled from Ohio for their wedding. The condo was in a very pretty area of town and was just a few minutes from downtown. The condo was attractively decorated comfortable and very clean.Two large bedrooms were on the 2nd floor and a 3rd smaller bedroom on the main floor . The beds were very comfortable. The spacious kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating . A nice perk was the hot tub in a closed patio . Very private. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this condo. Great location for a terrific townhouse!
Came to Bend with Hubs to see Noah Kahan with my 3 adult kids and their significants. This townhome was absolutely perfect… a quick walk into Old Mill, and a perfect setting to make family memories. Having just been to South Africa, the decor was so welcoming, and the kitchen was well stocked for family meals together. The only tip I’d give to those staying here is to BYO pillows if you are picky… Overall a great stay and a rental I’d happily return to! Thank you!!

Just the Right Condo
This condo was very very nice and in a perfect location. Our family seriously enjoyed the stay. Close to the path to the Mill District if you want to be out and about. Just as comfortable with hanging out in the living area and enjoying the change of scenery. Only mishap was that we were not given the complete code to the house. Two numbers were missing, therefore we had to contact the Property Management company to assist. Thank you! This was so much fun.

The location makes it easy to walk to the Old Mill District for restaurants, shopping and floating the River. Home is clean with nice big kitchen and a bath for each bedroom. Hot tub is a big plus after floating the River.

Wonderful location and house
Just a few minutes walk to the Old Mill District and river trails. House was perfect and well stocked for our family stay with three bedrooms and three baths, two as en suites. We enjoyed the BBQ and hot tub. Great grocery store less than a mile away and just a few minutes from Highway 97 for everything else in the Bend area. Excellent communication with property management. We would definitely choose this house again!
