"THE EXECUTIVE LODGE" is a 3000 square foot super comfortable home located in Bend's premier neighborhood. It features an open floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 5 delightful bedrooms, 3 full baths, an 8-person hot tub, and amazing views from the great room. There are three decks for relaxing or outdoor dining, and the front deck has a soothing water feature. This is the perfect home away from home for adult groups or families. It's perfect for children...Time for bed? Tuck them into one of 4 cozy bunk beds. Adults will enjoy the privacy of the home, yet it has great access to all that Bend has to offer. The West Side is where you want to be! The Executive Lodge is located on Awbrey Butte close to downtown (~2 miles), The Old Mill Shopping District (~4 miles) and Mt. Bachelor Ski Area (~25 miles). And, if you must, there is an excellent Wi-Fi and a work station with computer, fax, scanner and copy machine. There are also 4 cable TV's and Blue Ray disc players.

THE PRICE'S WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES THAT OCCUR FOR USE OF BUNK BEDS. BY RESERVING THE EXECUTIVE LODGE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

- * Please park cars in driveway or garage.
- *Please leave house in same condition as you found it. Failure to do so may incur additional cleaning surcharges..
- *Linens and bath are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental price. Maid service is available for an additional charge.
PET POLICY
* They are welcome with a nightly pet fee of $25.00 per night per pet. All pet reservations need to be pre- approved in advance. As the registered guest you agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries and/ or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property. All pet excretions must be picked up immediately and disposed of. You also agree to comply with all applicable pet laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, and polices. Dogs must be on leash outside unless they are in the provided fenced kennel.
- Please respect our neighbors and quiet down on the deck after 10PM, The city has a sound ordinance of 10PM. Failure to do so can result in loss of deposit.
- Please leave all recreational equipment ( skis, boots, boards, bikes etc) in the garage.
- If you do smoke, please only do so outside and utilize the ashtrays we've provided on the front entry deck and the back deck off the kitchen.
- Any violation of these rules puts our city permit in jeopardy, therefore you will lose your deposit if these rules are violated.
CLEANING
- If taking out the garbage and wiping down the counters is a problem please let us know the day before you check out and we will arrange for additional cleaning at your expense.. WE CAN ALL BE HAPPY!
- Upon check-out, please leave all bedding on the beds and put towels in laundry room. Clean dishes may be left in dishwasher. Leave the house in the condition in which you found it. If you have any questions, please text, call or e-mail us for clarification. Stays longer than 1 week may be required to have weekly cleaning for $100.00 fee each time.
- Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am. No early check ins or late check outs without approval.
- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage can in the garage and soiled dishes are cleaned.
- All amenities in the unit are returned to their original locations in their original condition.
