You'll be welcomed home to your abode by vaulted ceilings and large windows and stunning Mt. Bachelor views, altogether creating a warm, inviting ambiance. After adventuring around Deschutes all day, spend some time inside to thaw frozen toes by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie marathon on the 47-inch flat-screen LED TV.

Afternoons are never boring at this house! Enjoy DVDs, books, puzzles, and games galore, or head to the garage for a friendly tournament of billiards or ping pong. If you're looking for more, hop on one of the 9 provided bikes and cruise down to the newly-built Rec Center, where you'll find plenty of fun including rock climbing, community pools, basketball courts and more!

Refuel friends and family with a hearty homemade meal each evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample appliances and counter space to ensure that cooking for a crowd can be done with ease. Set out snacks and appetizers at the breakfast bar until you're ready to dine at the adjacent table.

Change up your usual routine with a BBQ bash outside on the upper deck! This deck features a natural gas Weber BBQ, large patio table, lawn chairs, and plenty of space to soak up the sunshine. Just below the upper deck is a middle deck where a lavish, 8-person hot tub awaits!

Soak and stargaze in the hot tub until pruney fingers and tired eyes pull you back inside to rest. Choose between a king bed in the first master bedroom or a queen bed in the second, while friends doze off on the queen bed in the third room, or on the twin-over-full bunk beds in the fourth.

After a great night's sleep, start each early morning once again with a cup of coffee on the lower deck, shaded and secluded to provide a prime spot for wildlife watching!

Great home base for Bachelor Ski trip
This is wonderful, large home with plenty of room for our party of 5. You could easily host 10 people in this house. I would happily rent this again. Be aware that this is a split-level home so you will need to climb stairs up or down (after climbing the stairs to the front door). Wasn't an issue at all for us. My only complaint is that there was no coffee :( so make sure to bring your own, but other than that, everything was GREAT.

Lovely home
We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! Easy drive/bike/walk to the river, SHARC, the Village, etc. We also loved how being on the top deck felt like being in a treehouse - the main floor being above the road made it feel more private, quiet, and tranquil. Great main living space. The only downside, and this may seem silly, was the sheer lack of towels and washcloths. For being a home to sleep so many, we didn’t have enough bath/spa towels, or washcloths, but that is an easy fix. Otherwise, very pleased!!

Great home for two families
We stayed with two families and 4 kids and had lots of room. The tv didn’t work in the bunk room But I contacted the owner at the end of our stay and I’m sure they have fixed it. I wouldn’t rent with three families- wouldn’t have enough space. Thanks!

Bachelor Ski trip
Got a ton of snow 1st 2 days there. More than some felt comfortable skiing. Had one epic day, with sun and groomed runs. Crowds were dispersed. House was bare bones providing only house amenities. Wasn’t prepared for that. I guess thats how independent B &Bs work. Think it was built by same guy who built house we owned in Sunriver. Nice house. Accomodated family well.

Clean. Great location. Well stocked kitchen, good book and media library. Bikes not great but useab.
Bikes useable but not great. Pool table not quite what we expected from descriptions on website but not a deal breaker. Overall a good home to rent in a convenient location to most of Sunriver.

Great multi-family getaway!
We once again returned to this comfortable home for a wonderful three family getaway. Time was spent riding bikes, playing table games, swimming in the hot tub/SHARC aquatics center, playing basketball, walking in the falling snow, competing in foosball tournaments, reading books snuggled by the fire, enjoying delicious home cooked meals, and many good old-fashioned, relaxing chats among friends. Thank you for providing your lovely home so all this could be possible without extravagant expense. Memories were made that will last a lifetime.

Very nice!
Our family enjoyed staying here in December. The house is nice and bright and very clean. We would stay again. FYI: We did bring paper towels, foil, Ziploc, plastic wrap etc. and were glad we did as there wasn't enough in the house. There is not a highchair, Pack-N-Play, babygate, or Keurig. Most people won't need these anyway. The owners were good to work with just make sure you ask for more than one key if you are traveling with another party. We can't wait t go back.

Great house for our large group
The house was very clean and comfortable. We found it exactly as advertised. Instead of Christmas gifts of more “stuff” for my adult children and their significant others this year, I rented this house for a family weekend of making memories. There were 11 of us total. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was as well. Our only 2 complaints were that we did have to go buy some more trash bags (there were only 2 provided) since with such a large group, unfortunately we created quite a bit of trash in 3 days, and the second one was that we could only find one baking sheet. However, we did not consider these to be anything that detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

Excellent House for Family Get Together
Our entire family (6 adults and 4 kids) really enjoyed our seven night stay in the 25 Yellow Pine Lane house in Sunriver. This four bedroom, 3-½ bath house was a fantastic place for our family get together in Sunriver. It is about in the middle of Sunriver with easy access to the bike paths, SHARC, tennis courts, etc. Owner John was easy to deal with and very informative about the house. The house was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the nice décor of the house. The king bed in the master bedroom, and queen beds in two of the other bedrooms were very comfortable. Our whole group had great nights of sleep while staying here. The house has three flat screen TV’s (one each in the living room, one in the bunk room and one of the queen bedrooms), although we did not make much use of them as we were mostly involved with outdoor and family activities. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and nice towels. The large kitchen was very nice, and very well equipped. We made good use of it with multiple cooks at the same time. It was also well stocked with spices, etc. We used the nice Weber natural gas grill on the back deck almost every evening that we were there. We enjoyed the nice large decks on the back of the house. The grandkids enjoyed the well maintained hot tub.

Perfect place for family. Hot tub was nice, the living room has plenty of space for everyone to hang out and watch TV. The bikes need to be maintained a little better, the brakes didn’t work on the one I had. But overall a perfect place to take your family.

Comfortable and perfect for littles
Our family had a great vacation at this home! We had 3 kids under 4 with us, and the house was very child friendly and there was lots of room on the upper floor for them to play. We stayed while there was a wildfire very close to sunriver, so we had to stay indoors for a couple of days. It was very cozy and home-like. On the sunny days when the smoke cleared, we really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck. The kitchen had almost everything we needed- we definitely needed more paper towels than the 1 roll that was provided, but other than that we had what we needed. The hot tub was small but was clean and worked great. Overall, it was a great rental!

The house worked good for our group of 12. Only downside would be there are only 10 shark passes. Also I would bring some of your own extra towels. We loved the big kitchen, overall it was great and I would rent again!

Overall, the cleanliness of the house was not great. Crumbs on floor and couch, Dirty coffee pot, Cobwebs and spiders, Mini blinds were dirty. Lower deck was filthy. Lack of amenities, such as shampoo/conditioner, Saran wrap, Tinfoil Etc. Very few towels in bathrooms, Only one kitchen towel for a whole week with as many people as this sleeps. Disappointing that only a few of the bikes were in a good enough condition to ride, quite a few needed some maintenance. Dishwasher needed some maintenance. Garage door needed some maintenance. A couple of the bathroom doors and cupboards doors didn’t stay closed or locked. Emailed the owner a couple times with no response. Sent him a text when the garage door was having issues the day before we left. He did respond right away and said he would try to get somebody out there. Also said the emails didn’t come through. It was nice that it slept so many, and enjoyed using the sharc passes. Maybe with some more maintenance and a better cleaning job it would be a better place to stay.

Great location!
We came here for a little snow getaway with my family and my sisters family. Even though there wasn’t any snow right at the house it was just a half hour drive to Mt Bachelor and they have super fun sledding hills at the bottom. The house was a perfect size for our two families and we loved the hot tub and number of bathrooms was very convenient. We have kids ranging in ages from 1-14 and it was suited well for all ages. The only suggestion I would have for the home would be that the furniture and bedding could use some updating. The pillows felt flat and old. The TV systems are pretty outdated as well. But overall this place was nice and fit us very comfortably.
