This beautiful, updated 3 story home is set on a quiet half acre adjoining Fort Rock park where kids can run free and play at the playground, soccer field and sports courts. With 6 bedrooms and loft plus 3 full baths it provides a relaxing retreat for up to 17 people.

Enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable home that has plenty of room for your whole family! Enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house A/C, Flat screen TV's with cable and DVD in each bedroom, a new Hot Tub, Ping-pong, Air Hockey and Foosball as well as 10 bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park.

The house is surrounded by pine trees, quietly set back from Shamrock Lane, with a forested hill to the rear providing a significant amount of privacy.

On the main floor are the Master with King and 2 other queen bedrooms. The spacious and private master bedroom includes a master suite bath with large walk-in shower. The well-appointed kitchen and open living room, as well as 3 more bedrooms, are on the main floor. The "Dorm" room includes 3 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 1 trundle bed for all of the kids to stay. There is a large loft on the 3rd floor overlooking the living room with foosball table, arcade games, a game table and 55" TV and 3 couches in a reading nook. Downstairs, there is a full laundry room and plenty of places to store your essentials and adventuring gear.

The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as:
• (6) Flat screen TV's, each with Cable and DVD
• Well stocked Kitchen with abundant cookware and utensils.
• Appliances including Keurig Coffee maker (With pods), Microwave, Crockpot, Griddle, Toaster, and more.

Fantastic Family Ski Trip
This home was a terrific homemade for our bi-annual Family Ski trip to Mt Bachelor. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 5 yrs to 67 yrs and the home accommodated all of our needs. Clean, Comfortable and easy living - well stocked kitchen, baths and game room (most importantly!) We would ski all day and then relax each evening with space for everyone!

The property was well-kept and perfect for our large group of 12. The hot tub and games were so much fun! The air hockey, ping pong and arcade games provided hours of entertainment! This house has it all and it was lovely. The hosts were very pleasant and also provided a great experience.

Family Vacation
The whole family was delighted to stay at his property!!! The house was spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds, ample kitchen accessories, jigsaw puzzles and hot tub. Finally a home that can fit everyone!

Amazing house and host
We spent thanksgiving week at Anthony’s beautiful house and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was very well-appointed (especially the kitchen), and there were so many fun activities for the kids. The easy access to Fort Rock Park and the hot tub were highlights. Anthony was super responsive and helpful, and even mailed us some clothing we left in the dryer before leaving! We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Anthony!

Family retreat in paradise
My wife died 6 months prior to this trip. Family rallied around me and proposed Sunriver as our destination. They found this property, and I rented it. Was one of the nicest settings for this amazingly healing family retreat. The owners of tis property have gone to great lengths to provide beauty, comfort, and refuge for their guests. Great House for an extended family trip to Sun River
Several of my children and their families enjoyed this spacious home with me. It is on a quiet cul de sac with easy access to Ft. Rock Park. The home has places for all to relax. Easy to find seats for eveyone at mealtime. Plenty of bathrooms as the adults prepared to go to a family wedding. I highly recommend renting a SR property from Anthony. He kept in communication and immediately addressed any little issue we ran into.

We filled this house with kids (and the owner was kind enough to allow my clean n quiet dogs as well) and had a fabulous time! Enjoyed the game room with ping pong table, hottub and bikes.The home is much better than depicted, we were pleasantly surprised at how big and nice it was. Was well-maintained and in a great location, could walk thru backyard area to nearby fort rock park without passing thru any neighboring yards. The owner was very pleasant and gave us an outstanding price (buy 3 get 2 free with an already low nightly fee!). I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Roomy with a great location!
My family of 11 just spend a week here. The house worked out good for a large group. The kitchen is fully equipped, even though it is somewhat small . . . we enjoyed eating our meals out on the back deck. The beds were comfortable and there was baby equipment for my 6-month old grandson. Overall, we had a great time on Shamrock Lane. The house is roomy but could use a little TLC. We definitely got our monies worth, however.

Our families had a great vacation at this house we had eleven people and still had one bedroom that we didn’t need. The layout of the house is great with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved all the video games, ping pong table, and air hockey. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub we were in it every day. This house has everything you could want. Close location to the mountain for an epic day of skiing with fresh powder. Also close to shopping and great restaurants and pretty much anything you could want to do. The host Anthony was super responsive and went above and beyond to help us get our pillow back that our daughter left behind. He is super kind and takes great care of his property it was spotless. Best place to book in Sunriver. We will definitely be back!

Plenty of room for a large family gathering!
Our family gathered to celebrate Grandma’s 90th birthday. Folks traveled from California, Oregon and Washington. The age group ran from two to ninety. We had everything we wanted and needed here. Plenty of space, bedrooms and fun things to do for those wanting to; pool time, walking, bike riding, Nature Center, river walk, air hockey, etc. The location can not be beat, especially while sitting on the large back deck the backs up to beautiful natural setting of boulders, trees and shrubs. Very quiet! The manager communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Check in was super easy, as was checking out. Two things to note: stairs, stairs, stairs (our older folks got a bit tired of having to use stairs so often) and the dining table only seats eight. We were thinking that with some many bedrooms and open spaces, the dining table/area was a bit on the limiting side. Overall, great vacation rental and a good time was had by all. Thank you!

Great for a family gathering!
This is a great house for family gatherings. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary and had two of our adult chlldren, their spouses and grandchildren staying at this house (ages 7,5, 3 and 2, 1 year olds). There were screens that could be placed at the stairs, which kept kids, or dogs, where they were supposed to be. The weather was good, which made the deck a great addition. The deck was totally private, with a long- distance view of the pickleball courts. Fort Rock Park was an easy walk or bike ride away. There is foosball, air hockey, ping pong and video arcade games. There are even pickleball paddles. The SHARC passes are a wonderful addition, as we went to the pool with them and rented a propane tank for use at the picnic area of the park for barbeque (we could have done this on the deck, but the kids and the dogs loved the park). The bed pillows are to die for and we slept well. The kitchen is well stocked. The owner and the manager were accommodating to an early check-in and a late checkout. But the real test was when the hot tub started smoking with a burnt plastic smell, which we immediately turned off the circuit breaker. The repairman was there early the next morning and had it fixed within an hour. Very responsive! The grocery store is 5 minutes away. The bike path is close by. However, this is not a handicapped-accessible house, as there are stairs to get to the kitchen and main living area, as well as the deck. We would definitely rent it again.

Our family of 16 had a terrific time at this beautiful home! Lots of fun things for all of the kids to do and a peaceful space for adults. Family get together after 2 years of being apart due to medical issues. Great location if you have small kids - walk to the park and pickle ball courts! We used SHARC passes daily for the pool - floated the river - visited the lava tube caves and enjoyed free live music on FRI and SAT night at the resort. Great location if you have young ones as you can walk to the park. We visited the lava caves, floated the river, enjoyed the free live music on FRI and Sat nights and went to the SHARC almost daily. The video games and air hockey were a huge hit!! We had a few issues upon arrival but host responded quickly.
