Coyote 18 is a cozy, reverse-living home featuring two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the ideal home for your next vacation with family or friends. The living room provides plenty of space to relax by the fire, watching a movie or playing a board game.

Step outside onto the fully enclosed back deck for grilling on the gas bbq, or out on the fully enclosed side deck for a soak in the private hot tub.

Downstairs you'll find a king ensuite bedroom with full bath and private balcony. The second bedroom with bunkbed plus full bed leads out to the fully enclosed deck with hot tub and is separated from the king bedroom by a full bathroom.

This home features a ski rack in the garage to store all your winter gear.

This home has AC upstairs only.

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 1 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 20 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Beautiful home!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in Sunriver! Clean, well maintained property with a cozy fireplace. Bennington properties was easy to communicate with and provided great service!

Great property for resting and relaxing or hiking and playing. It was A one for cleanliness and having all we needed. Beautiful setting with many wildlife visits. Close and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Loved it, will definitely return sometime.

Clean and great location!

This was a great house! I am always skeptical and have high expectations for cleanliness and this property was great! Clean and close to town. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking easy.

Convenient and Comfortable

Our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) stayed here for a week. It's very close to the village and SHARC and easy access to bike trails. House was clean and had all the essentials for cooking and comfort. We loved all the Sunriver area and mountainy decor. Only issue was dishwasher wasn't working. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home for family of 5. Wouldn’t go bigger than that, kids shared room. House was great location and clean. Only downfall is the lighting, not bright in rooms and living room.

Comfy, cozy SunRiver rental

My husband and I loved this home in SunRiver! Very roomy, comfy and clean! We spent 10 delightful days close to the village, walking and biking trails! The warmth and ambience of the gas fireplace, three decks, hot tub, views and tv made for a wonderful time! We brought our own bikes, but wouldn’t have enjoyed the lovely bikes here as they have no speeds! We would come back!!

Relaxing weekend

We rented this unit after another arrangement cancelled due to being sold. The property was very nice and relatively quiet. I went to the Sisters Quilt Show on Saturday and my husband explored the nature center.

Coyote 18

Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. The proximity to Sunriver Village and Mount Bachelor is very convenient. It is the perfect getaway location for an extended ski vacation. Our only complaint was that the hot tub water temperature was too low and we were not able to adjust it. We notified the property manager and they gave us a discount on our nightly stay. Hopefully this will get fixed because we would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect Location for Sun River

Perfect location for Sun River. Easy access to village and trails. Would recommend this property in the future. The only issue we had was that the hot tub did not heat for several days but was remedied on our last evening there.

The house was super clean and nice. It was super nice to be able to txt the property managers when we had a question and they were super helpful. The only thing negative I would say is that the 10:00 check out time was kind of early and just wished it could be like 11:00 but other than that the stay was great!!
