Within a one-minute walk, you can reach the Newport Street shops, restaurants, and cafes. Downtown destinations are about a 15-minute walk through scenic Drake Park, and Mt. Bachelor's great winter and summer activities are only a 30-minute drive from the cottage. Perfect Bend Cottage!
We had such a great trip and loved the cottage. It was really clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the hot tub was such a fun bonus!

Plum Cottage is Cozy
We enjoyed our stay and overall loved the home. We had a great time! Loved the openness of the kitchen to living room area. It was very accommodating for our family. We loved the location and were able to walk to shops and eateries, and to Old Bend town. We were close to Old Mill area and other places we visited.

Great for a weekend
Stayed here with three couples and had a great time. Easily walkable into town, kitchen was nice, 2 car garage and easy street parking was convenient. Only downside was one of the bedrooms has 2 twins instead of a queen. Hot Tub was great.

I had my birthday weekend here with some friends. The house is in an incredible location with short walk to restaurants and downtown Bend. The hot tub was also a very nice perk. Would highly recommend!

Great location, clean and cozy
This house is just as described. Great location (walk to Bend Brewing), great grocery market right across the street. The hot tub is a plus and worked great. Would definitely stay again. But Vacasa management sure makes it hard sometimes… like sending the hot tub maintenance person to the house at 8am the day of check out. Thankfully we weren’t planning to use it that day.

This house was spotless. It was decorated in a charming and comfortable way. Everything we needed was there. We walked to the grocery store and multiple restaurants. The neighborhood was full of other charming bungalows and cottages.

Great Location
Located very close to a market, which comes in real handy. Walking distance to downtown. Very nice house with a garage. There were a couple of minor issues like no propane, very large wasp nest on the back porch, but generally a very good experience.

Loved the location and the house was darling. Perfect layout and sweet little backyard for our tiny dig, The only request I have would be to have it cleaned better (Dog hair on all living room furniture and the floors) and properly stocked (only one kitchen garbage bag, two rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels) for a 10 day stay with a family of 4...

Perfect location in a wonderful home
Location was so convenient, with the grocery store right across the street and gas station right around the corner. We were just a 20 min walk to the heart of downtown, through a pleasant neighborhood”, and an easy 25 min drive to Mt Bachelor. The home was very clean with great amenities and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has most necessities, although the knives could be of better quality if you plan on cooking. The hot tub being ready to go was fantastic, and the large garage very convenient for the snow season. Overall fantastic experience, can’t wait to come again!

Great location, better for older kids
This was a great spot for our family to stay. Location is great to walk to plenty of cute spots and we loved Harmon park. We did have some pincher bugs in the bathrooms but it was a heat wave so lots of bugs prob made their way indoors. Wish they could provide pack and play during our stay but we were able to borrow from friends we were visiting. House is not kid-proofed in terms of safety locks and plug covers. It’s prob meant for older kids. I wish I had known master bedroom has a big skylight over the bed. Kids slept in in their dark rooms but I was awake with the sun at 6am.

Perfect location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay at this property. The three bedrooms worked great for our party of six adults, though do realize that one bedroom has twin beds likely best suited for kids. The master bedroom is very spacious and had convenient closet and dresser space. The master bedroom also has a TV with Roku. The great room living area is spacious, functional, and comfortable. The kitchen amenities are great. Forced air gas heat keeps the house cozy. One of the best features is a two-car garage! Another great feature is the hot tub. Lastly, the house location is very appealing, with an excellent grocery store a stone's throw away and the ability to walk to nearby restaurants. Eateries in downtown Bend are also walkable (use the footbridge that crosses the lake). I definitely recommend staying at this property for your next visit to Bend!

Great location
The location of the house is great however, The house was very dusty. There was dirt and fuzz balls behind the doors. Also, one of the guests probably left a ladies underwear in the master closet and the cleaners didn’t even bother to pick it up and just left it there. This listing is managed by Vacasa and Vacasa doesn’t respond to any messages through VRBO. I had a question about their process about Covid cleaning and they never responded to me via VRBO. It doesn’t say that they don’t respond here and pushes vacasa app for the guests to use. 10 am check out was a little too early. When I called them to ask for a late checkout, they said they aren’t doing that due to Covid cleaning. I have some doubts that they really doing any Covid cleaning since I found dust bunnies behind the doors and a few other issues.

Perfectly Placed for a walking visit to Bend!
Wow. We could not stop raving about this place. We have a 3 month old and we were coming to bend to see our friends with a new baby. We wanted to be able to walk and visit them and this house was perfect! We were able to bring them food from the store and restaurants and only took 6 minutes to get there. Also the house was gorgeous and so much bigger than we thought. The master king bed was incredibly comfortable. Will be our must stay location whenever we come back to visit! If you’re considering this house, just book it!

This cottage was Plum Perfect for our little family.
This was the perfect place to meet up with family. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Great location. Loved that we had access to the garage (parking is tight on the street) and the spa was perfect after a day out adventuring. We all had a great experience.
