Westside Walkable is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in fantastic location just off popular Newport Avenue! Locally-owned restaurants and shops are just outside the door, including the favorite grocery of local foodies, Newport Avenue Market.
With an open floor plan, Westside Walkable is great for families and friends. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV in the living room. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen.
The three bedrooms are upstairs, including the Master King Suite, a Queen Bedroom and a Double Twin Bedroom. The Master King Suite has a private full bathroom with double sinks. The Queen Bedroom features sunny windows and shares access to the second full bath with the Double Twin Bedroom, which has two twin beds.
Westside Walkable has a back patio with a gas grill, perfect for enjoying dinner outside. In addition to easy access to coffee shops and restaurants, including nationally-renowned Spork, Westside Walkable is also conveniently located near Bend's infamous outdoor recreation. It's just a short drive or ride to endless miles of trails perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, and the spectacular Cascade Mountains and alpine lakes, are an easy 20 to 25 minute drive from this comfortable vacation home.
This rental's name was inspired by the fact that it provides the opportunity to walk many great eating and entertainment venues. A few of this with their associated walking times are the Newport Market (5 minutes), 10 Barrel Brewing Company (8 minutes), Drakes Park and the Deschutes River (12 Minutes), and Downtown Bend (15 minutes).
We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.
