Westside Walkable is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in fantastic location just off popular Newport Avenue! Locally-owned restaurants and shops are just outside the door, including the favorite grocery of local foodies, Newport Avenue Market.

With an open floor plan, Westside Walkable is great for families and friends. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV in the living room. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen.

The three bedrooms are upstairs, including the Master King Suite, a Queen Bedroom and a Double Twin Bedroom. The Master King Suite has a private full bathroom with double sinks. The Queen Bedroom features sunny windows and shares access to the second full bath with the Double Twin Bedroom, which has two twin beds.

Westside Walkable has a back patio with a gas grill, perfect for enjoying dinner outside. In addition to easy access to coffee shops and restaurants, including nationally-renowned Spork, Westside Walkable is also conveniently located near Bend's infamous outdoor recreation. It's just a short drive or ride to endless miles of trails perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, and the spectacular Cascade Mountains and alpine lakes, are an easy 20 to 25 minute drive from this comfortable vacation home.

This rental's name was inspired by the fact that it provides the opportunity to walk many great eating and entertainment venues. A few of this with their associated walking times are the Newport Market (5 minutes), 10 Barrel Brewing Company (8 minutes), Drakes Park and the Deschutes River (12 Minutes), and Downtown Bend (15 minutes).

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Great spot for a family stay
The house had a really great layout with the bedrooms all upstairs and a wide open downstairs area that was great for hanging out. Being able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants was a good bonus.

The house is well appointed, with two bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The house looks old but was build in 2002 and is very solid and quiet. Great stay!

Spring break getaway
We had a wonderful time in the Westside Walkable, skiing at Mt Bachelor and fishing in the Deschutes. We loved being able to walk to town, to parks and to numerous delicious eateries on Galveston. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was welll supplied. The open floor plan worked well for having our family for dinner. The bedrooms upstairs afforded sleep-in privacy and the beds were very comfortable. A great rental!

The house was comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our little family and would have easily accommodated the full 6 the listing says it sleeps. The fireplace was a really nice, cozy bonus. The location is amazing. We found tons of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood was cute and very walkable with our dog.

Perfect spot in Bend
We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids for a ski vacation at Mt. Bachelor. It was a convenient 30 minute drive to the slopes. We walked to dinner, the market, coffee shops and bakery. The closest market is a high end affair with lots of unique offerings. Safeway is a short drive away. The home had plenty of cookware, coffee filters and a few spices. Bedding was very comfortable. Perfect accommodations for our needs.

The house was in perfect order. The kitchen had lots of dishes and appliances. The BBQ had a full gas tank and worked beautifully. The beds were comfortable. The house is within walking distance of Newport and Safeway markets.

Great Stay; loved the fireplace
We had a wonderful time in Bend and in this home. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do in Bend. I liked parking at the back of the property, next to the garage and off the street. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, skillets,... anything you need to cook with. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were nice. The amenities in the bathrooms were unexpected and appreciated. My son and his girlfriend enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace every night after hiking in Bend. Highly recommend and would happily stay here in the future.

—Upgrade the knives. They are dull, flimsy, cheap —Upgrade the dishwasher. It sounds like a cement mixer. Otherwise everything was fine.

Great Location, Safe, Spacious, needs pricing clarification.
The location of this house was great. The house was very comfortable with lots of room. The check in and check out was very simple. The space felt very safe and provided great protection for my bikes which was great. It was clean however this house has seen use and the kitchen equipment for cooking was adequate with cheap and highly used pots and pans. The listing price per night was 1/2 of what the actual final price per night due to taxes, fees, and cleaning costs. I acknowledge that this is a combination of taxes, fees, and costs, so think of this as a PSA. Overall, I would recommend this house as a great get away in Bend, OR.

Great location, well stocked kitchen.
We always try to stay at Westside Walkable whenever we visit Bend. The location is close to everything we want or need. We don't really drive during our stay because all the shops, restaurants, and hiking trails are within walking distance. Our dog enjoys all the parks, trails, and playing with the neighborhood pups too. The inside of the house is mostly clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The house could use a little more TLC as the wood floors were quite scuffed up and dirty, and there were a few stains on the carpeted areas upstairs. It would be nice to have blackout shades in the bedrooms bc the light is pretty intense early in the morning. The outside front porch and back patio needs a good power-washing and new seating/side tables. It would be nice to have a grill out there too. Aside from the minor things, everything else was great. We have been renting from ArrivedNow for several years bc they have nice properties and the mngt is always very responsive.

location is great, tons of walkable destinations but the home itself if kinda run down, carpets look dirty, the 5 dollar blinds let in so much light in the bedroom it is hard to sleep, every noise is heard throughout the house. anyhow i guess for the total price, especially the 190 cleaning fee i expected more. for 200 per night i could have booked much more upscale hotels in the area - the overall rate just didnt make much sense

Nice location and house but property managers unresponsive
Cute place in a great location. We arrived at the house at 5pm (check-in was at 4pm) and they were not finished cleaning, so we sat in the car for 20 minutes waiting to get inside to get ready for the evening. We were in town for an event and the temperatures were very warm. In the entire house there were only 4 bath towels (for 3 guests for two nights) and we used those towels that first night. I texted the number provided and their response was to look around and they stopped replying. So we had to do laundry that same night so we could have fresh towels for the next day. They finally responded the next day, at noon, and more towels were delivered that evening. It was a bummer that we had to worry about running out of towels.
