This location is hard to top with easy access to everything in Bend. This home on The Bluffs in the Old Mill District is one block away from the shops and restaurants, and is walking distance to the Les Schwab Amphitheater. Stroll along the Deschutes River Trail that is only a stone's throw away. Or, just relax in the backyard and listen to music ripple over the river during the summer concert. Sit in the hot tub and look at the stars. This contemporary home offers an open floor plan excellent for lounging and entertaining. Upstairs you'll find three nice bedrooms with privacy for a peaceful night's sleep. Two of the rooms offer views of Mt. Bachelor so you can check snow conditions and greet the morning with the beautiful view. Even the dog has a spot and will enjoy the gated backyard and nearby dog park. Float the river at Farewell Park (below the home) in the summer use the local shuttle to get back home. This home is in the perfect location to access the road up to the mountain and lakes while the ski shuttle is conveniently close.

Great place to stay in Bend
This is a great place to stay to attend a concert or as a home base to discover Bend. Home was comfortable. Only issue I had was that the hot tub was too hot. I would stay there again considering the convenience but would like the temperature adjusted on the tub.

Convenient location near Old Mill area

Tranquility on the Bluff

Perfect Old Mill District Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy and clean home. It was the perfect distance from the Old Mill and we were able to take walks around the Deschutes River and enjoy the shopping district as well. The house had all the amenities we needed and we loved the hot tub and the gas fireplace. The home was clean and the management team was responsive. We appreciated being able to bring our small dogs and the walks around the incredible neighborhood. Will absolutely stay here again!

We recently stayed at "Tranquility on the Bluffs", and it was a pleasant stay. The property was clean, nicely furnished, and relatively well-maintained. There were a few telltale signs that it was managed by a third-party entity, not the homeowner, but that was fine.

The Perfect Bend Location!
Perfect location for concert goers and river floaters…..just steps away!!!! The townhome was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was the cherry on top and perfect to come back and soak after a day of adventuring. There was even 5 bikes in the garage!!!! Simply an AMAZING stay!!!

House was equipped with necessities. Very easy check in and check out. It did get hot upstairs even with the AC on but ceiling fan helped a lot. Location was perfect! Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!
