Amazing quaint cottage
Awesome, very clean ,tidy and access to all areas of town. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. They do need to fix BBQ, we couldn’t get it to work. Would definitely stay again
Close to downtown, two blocks to the river walk. Unit was clean and well equipped. Sherry was attentive and clearly communicated check-in process. Will stay again.
Our experience could not have been better. The house was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood a mere five-minute walk from the First Street Rapids Park on the Deschutes River. The house was fully equipped with supplies and we did not lack for anything, particularly in the kitchen, which had every kitchen tool one could ever require. Our host was wonderful and accommodating. An added bonus was that the house was a 15-minute walk from Central Oregon Locavore, a co-op grocery store that features local meat and produce.
It was a wonderful property a block away from the river and walking trails. The kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry room. I would definitely stay there again! The only suggestion I would make is a book with tips about the house (trash, recycling items that trash provider allows, internet log in info, restaurants etc). Thanks for a great stay!
We had a great stay in Bend. The house is very welcoming and well stocked. We really appreciated having coffee available, spices and everything we needed for cooking.
Our group came to Bend for an outdoor activities vacation. This house was the perfect central location for different mountain biking trails, whitewater rafting, paddle boarding on the river, and anything else you want to do in the area. The house location was less than a mile from Bend downtown - easy to walk along the river to get to all of the restaurants and shops. The house itself was very clean and the decor was very warm and inviting. The owner added special touches that were so nice for out of town travelers such as coffee, spices, laundry soap, bathroom soaps, etc. The owner was so easy to communicate with and responded to emails quickly. We would stay at this property again if we come back to Bend!
The house was very clean and well stocked with literally everything. TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, body wash and shampoo in shower. The location is excellent. A little over a mile to downtown Bend. Very convenient. Right by 97 so easy to get everywhere. The only thing that might need sourcing up is the outdoor patio area. A little old.

We had a great stay and it worked well for our family. It was close to the river, town and most importantly our new grandson. The owner was great to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. Hope to be staying here again soon.

Cute house, great location
We rented this home for a couples getaway with our best friends. The house is cute and has everything you need. We didn’t cook a meal during our 2 night stay, but opted to check out the local dining scene instead. A quick Uber to downtown, or a little less than a mile walk (we did both), and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to be had. The neighborhood is quiet, and the home was comfortable. Communication with the owner is easy, if needed. We would definitely book here again!

Clean, well furnished, quiet location
Really enjoyed our time here, would stay here if in the area again. The overhead light in the family room did not work however, so was unable to turn on lights at the door when we entered.

Cute house, nice location, very comfortable!
This is a great house, cute, well done, conveniently located, comfy, and welcoming. Coffee bag sitting there on the coffee maker, great TV, internet, comfortable beds, and checkin andout was a breeze. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house with a great location
This home has every thing that you need for a comfortable vacation stay. It is located just a stone's throw from the Deschutes River with great walks along the river trail. It is convenient to everywhere you might want to go on your trip and located close to Highway 97 for easy access out of town. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need (and more) to cook at home. There were coffee filters and a fresh bag of Starbucks coffee waiting for us upon arrival. We had five people and were very comfortable in the home. My only concern was with check-in as we didn't receive any instructions on the key code from the owner. I was contacting VRBO directly and left the owner a voice mail several days before with no return call from her. I had to contact VRBO again within 24 hours of arrival and they were going to cancel the reservation as the owner still had not responded. After they called the owner, I did receive an e-mail with instructions but it was stressful. Once we arrived, that was all behind us though!

Nice place, well equipped - would stay here again
This house isn't big or lavish but it's plenty comfortable and well equipped. With vacation rentals, so often, one needs to buy 'something' that isn't there, but that's not a concern here. The TV, WiFi, coffee-maker, dishwasher and laundry all work with no aggravation. The three bedrooms easily accommodate three couples (in our case, two couples and a single), and the beds were comfortable. There's a power strip by the bed to plug in your devices.
The place is just a minute' drive from downtown, and if you are active, you can walk between the house and downtown in 5. Also, it's just a block from Highway 97, so it's easy in-and-out for day trips out of town.
Definitely would stay here again, and probably will!

Very cute and cozy
I loved staying here in Bend. We hand a wonderful trip and Sherry was a great host. She made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. The beds are perfect, the kitchen has all the amenities (we did cook), and we also used the washer and dryer. Also, the house is just under a mile to the popular downtown Bend and we did walk one night to dinner. We had 5 adults stay comfortably during our awesome Mt. Bachelor snow trip. The drive way also was big enough to fir 2 cars, which was great.
Perfect house for a perfect stay. I would stay again.
