2 Quail is a beautifully remodeled home that has room for everyone in the family, with the added convenience of a location close to all of Sunriver's activities. The home is located just steps from SHARC and a short walk to the Sunriver Village.
Unlimited-Use SHARC passes for 12 guests are included with the rental of our home.

This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home has all of the makings of a perfect family vacation home. The home is a reverse living 2-story home with the kitchen, dining areas, living room, a king master suite, a queen bedroom and a full hall bath, all located upstairs. Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms (3rd Bedroom: King Master Suite. 4th Bedroom: Queen Bedroom with direct access to the full hall bathroom. 5th bedroom: 2 sets of twin bunks - 4 twins total).

There are beautiful covered and uncovered decks and balconies facing to both the north and south. They are ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the sights and sounds of Sunriver.

The hot tub is located on a private deck with a relaxing view.
The home has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and gorgeous wood floors that extend to the other living areas. The living room has comfortable seating, gas fireplace, and HDTV.

There is an attached double garage for comfortable parking and unloading in the winter or summer. The garage is filled with 6 adult single speed cruiser style bikes, and a 2-child Burley bike trailer and a ping pong table.
A portable crib (no sheets) and portable high chair are in the home to simplify packing for families with small children.

Wonderful house to stay in. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to have space. The house was clean. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. The ping pong table and the bicycles were real added bonus. We enjoyed riding to the village and pool. Just a really enjoyable couple days. Wish we could have stayed longer

The proximity to everything was A+; our 3 year old could walk to both The Village and the SHARC and back. The property itself was well set up with an ideal area for feeding a large group and the home was in great shape minus a couple minor fixes (sliding doors and drawers required some effort to open/close) and was great for pets. Will stay again. The property itself is listed through VRBO but they have a separate property management company, making it difficult to contact the owners but once we got the right people on the phone, they were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Great stay for my family and friends
Wonderful home with excellent bed and bath options. Kids got bunk beds and all of the adults slept in their own rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, and excellent baking pans. Only item we needed to bring was a large griddle to make pancakes and bacon with. Would stay again.

We had plenty of room for 3 young kids, a teen, and 5 adults. It was about a 10 minute walk to the SHARC, which was a plus. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Layout of house was good for our family. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for family meals. We had 11 people and we ran out of hot water when everyone tried to take showers after a day of outdoor activities.

My birthday celebration
What a perfect property for my friends and family. We didn’t have any little ones but it would have been comfortable if we had. It’s my 60th birthday celebration and friends and family came to celebrate. This property had everything we all needed to be comfortable. We cooked, played games, hiked, biked and fished. Perfect location for exploring SR
A group of four neighborhood families rented this house - there were six adults and six kids. It was just as good as it looked in the pictures and the location can’t be beat About a four minute walk to the sharc and 10 minutes to the village. Even quicker if you use the bikes they provided. Great open floor plan for everyone to hang out. I would stay here again!

Great house for a large family/groups/couples
My whole family loved the house! We took a bike ride, used the hot tub, played games, napped, and went to Mt Bachelor and had a great time. The house is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this home to a large family, groups, really anyone who needs a larger house in Sunriver. The location was great and made us feel like a home away from home.
