This clean, beautiful and convenient home has everything you need, including free WiFi, cable TV, 3 fully outfitted bedrooms, full kitchen with large and small appliances and cooking and serving items, gas grill, bicycles, and more!

To find #6, put 17722 Lake Aspen Court in your GPS. Just exit US Highway 97. Once you get off 97, follow the signs to Sunriver. Follow the signs to Circle 3. Enter Circle 3 and get off on the River Road exit (toward the airport). Very soon you’ll take at right at the large wooden sign that says Quelah. VERY IMPORTANT to follow these directions. Follow that road until you see another large wooden sign that says Skyline and take a right. Turn into the second driveway on the left, look for #6 and there you are! There should be a bench near the door. You can either park under the left side of the carport, or in the space in front of the unit. If there is a wreath on the door, you're at #6 Quelah and are in the wrong place.

The interior features a modern update, with a newly remodeled kitchen that includes a gas range and oven. We also recently purchased all new livingroom and bedroom furniture that are up to our personal requirements for comfort. #6 has 1 king bed, 1 queen and 1 full-sized bed, bedding, linens, a recently updated kitchen and all new small appliances. We hope you find #6 as comfortable and welcoming as we have tried to make it.

This property was great! Perfect location for what we were there for and actually had other team members super close to us which made it even better. This unit is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!
We came to stay for a country music festival and it was the perfect place to stay! The pool included was so much fun and lots of pretty places to walk! The only thing was that it was a little hard for us to find but if we would have just put in the Quelah condos and followed the directions that she gives you instead of following the pin we would have found it a lot faster. Overall great!

Had a great time in Sunriver!
This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. My only comment would be that there wasn't seating for more than 4 people on the deck, although the condo is 3 bedrooms. It would be nice to have a bigger table on the deck, but understand it's really not that big so that makes it difficult. We had some great deer sightings from the deck - early and at dusk. We would stay here again.

Great location...once you can find it!
On the whole a great place. Comfortable -and has everything you would need. Great TV. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Many trails and amenities nearby. Things to improve- directions were wrong and need updating. The owner assumes you are familiar with the locations of the condos. We were not! Oven and windows were dirty and the carpet was feeling it’s age.

Great, easy stay
The house was clean, inviting, and comfortable. My kids loved that there was a telescope, but couldn’t figure out how to work it :/ maybe instructions would be helpful! The porch was quaint and I ate my breakfast and had my coffee out there every morning. The only thing I really wish was that the pillows were a bit better, woke up with a stiff neck. The cleaners also left a bag of garbage at the front door. But overall super great, wish Skyline condos had a pool like Queleah.

Great location, near bike paths, nature center, not far from SHARC or village. The only recommendation I would make is for the owner to update the binder in the condo. There is no information about trash pickup, working the TV, etc. In fact, there is no info at all about this specific condo; nothing is in the binder except various brochures showing nearby places to visit. Also, the kitchen could use some more large bowls, a large pitcher, and even more drinking glasses.

The following items need attention. 1st floor bedroom mattress needs to be replaced due to sagging middle. 4 cup coffee maker too small for 3 bedroom home Not enough coffe cups Central air would be better than individual portable noisy units Towels and linens stained and should be upgraded.

Could Not Have Been Better!
We were extremely pleased with so many things about this place, and I received kudos for selecting it. It was very spacious, well decorated and comfortable, and everything worked well. No complaints at all. Plenty of ceiling fans to keep air moving if it were to get hot, the place was clean and had nice linens and comfortable beds and other furniture. Plenty of towels, etc. The unit was quiet - no noise from the neighboring condos. The SHARC passes were a plus. I am good at finding things to improve on, but this place made it difficult! In addition, the owner was extremely responsive to emails. Thank you!

Great condo, not easy to find
The place was fine, the beds are old and not overly comfortable for multiple nights but worked out for a couple nights. The fireplace had a big piece of foam and insulation chunk over it and no instructions if we could use it. There was a pretty nasty draft coming through it so we just put the foam back. We got a response about it from the contact the day we were leaving. No checkout instructions which we also got about 4 hours after we had left. There were wet towels and sheets in the dryer which we didn't find for two days. The instructions to get there were bizarre and we kind of went with our gut and found it then mapped it with gps, the address pops up differently but took us straight there. It was quiet and there was room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked.

We had a great stay in Sunriver!
We had beautiful weather when we stayed. Really cold and crisp. We enjoyed snowshoeing at the local snow park. The trails are marked for easy following. We also spent time on the grounds surrounding the condo. Wonderful paths to walk and enjoy the wildlife that was still out in the cold. The swans at the pond were spectacular. The condo was comfortable and homey, clean and convenient. The master bed and the one downstairs were really comfortable. I think the bedroom upstairs could use a mattress topper. The only other thing that I can think of is just a few tiny things not being in the kitchen....colander, square pan for brownies and sheet pans. Nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Thank you for the great getaway.

.There was no extra air mattress as listed in the property. Two adults slept on floor. We would have bought our air mattress if it hasn’t been mentioned on the listing. We texted, called and left voicemail but no response came when we asked for the air mattress.This is the first property I have stayed where we were asked to remove all linens and used towels, wash it and put it in dryer before leaving the property..

Good location
The townhome backs to the bike/walking path and is about a 15 minute walk to the village and 5 minutes to the nature center. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and baths were updated. A few negatives were that the fireplace had a board in front of it and the key wasn’t where it was supposed to be. We couldn’t use our Netflix or Amazon Prime on the TV. One of the two bikes was flat and need a new tube and there was no pump. The BBQ was old and missing the handle to the lid. Although the negatives were minor the unit was of value. We stayed 10 days and the spring skiing couldn’t have been better.

Spacious condo & central location in Sunriver.
This wonderful condo is so close to all of the necessities that Sunriver offers - the Nature Center, the Observatory, the Village, Fort Rock Park (all small walks) and the endless walking and bike trails steps from Rhonda's back door patio. The three separate BRs worked well for our family of 4 - my wife and I are our two college age boys. The large dining table worked out so well for meals, puzzles and evening conversations. Rhonda's condo has lots of extra towels, sheets, throw blankets, pillows, etc. We curled up to movies on the couch and spent our mornings reading in the family room. The cable TV and Wi-Fi worked well and at times we noticed that Wi-Fi was a little slow because all four of us were online - a small inconvenience as the majority of time we were outside enjoying the beauty of Central Oregon. In addition, the laundry unit was very convenient, we were thankful for the covered parking which helped in the snow and the SHARC passes were used on a rainy day - thank you. Overall, my family of 4 had another enjoyable stay in Sunriver and Rhonda was very responsive to requests. Thank you, Rhonda.
