Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversations, or sharing a home-cooked meal at the formal dining table. Hobby chefs will love preparing culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a breakfast bar. Stream a movie marathon, play a board game, or play a round of foosball in the cozy living room area to make unforgettable memories. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for those who need to bring their work on vacation with them.

Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's activities. The main bedroom boasts a lovely en suite bathroom as well as a TV for private viewing, and a spacious closet. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
For little guests, a Pack N Play and highchair are provided.
The fireplace in the living room is not for guest use at this time.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
