"Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."

"The apartment looks exactly as it does in the pictures & it's closed to the beach. Unfortunately, the listing didn't provide any pictures of the outside of the building. According to neighbors, construction started in April- the entire avenue is undergoing major construction and it's closed to traffic, so we had to park far away and walk with our luggage to the apartment. "The appartement was very clean, the process to acess the appartement was clear and easy. The appartement had a smell of cigarette. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from beach. The neighborhood is not great, not clean and looks poor. The overall experience was not bad, but I would not go back."

"A beautifully restored upper floor duplex apartment near the beach and set in a friendly and lively neighbourhood. Perfect for holidaying with a group who like the city life and some beach time too. The place has everything you need to cater for yourself and the bonus of a washer drier for laundry. I would stay again!"

Fantastic location- just over the bridge from the old town, but still in a neighborhood with a grocery store right below, coffee around the corner, etc. The building has 2 apartments per floor and was quiet and clean.
