"I hope someone from the hotel reads this review because with a few simple changes it could be a hidden gem! The information on this site about the hotel is inaccurate. The use of the pool/spa is not free and in a total seperate building - you require swim hats and is not ideal for children. It is a nice spa with luxourious facilities. Nos cambiaron la habitación por un problema y luego, cuando les dijimos que nos íbamos un día antes no quisieron cobrarnos la noche que no usamos.
