Tolles Haus mit guter Aussicht
Goßes Haus mit großzügigen Garten und Pool in ruhiger Lage. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und zur Autobahn. Die Hausherrin war sehr nett. Volle Empfehlung!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines été 2016 dans cette belle villa. Les photos sont conformes au descriptif. La maison est très bien entretenue et le jardin très appréciable. La vue est très belle sur le golf. Cependant quels bémols à relever : le prix de la consommation d'électricité !!! Horriblement cher (normal puisqu'il n'y qu'un seul compteur pour 2 maisons, et oui vous payer la consommation du propriétaire !!! Les relevés ne sont d'ailleurs pas fait devant vous). Venez bien avec votre contrat de location car sinon le propriétaire vous demandera de payer les 150€ pour le ménage alors que vous l'avez déjà régler lors de la réservation !!! Autre point assez désagréable, il vous demande de payer la caution de 500€ en espèces ! Très habitué à partir en vacances par ce système nous avons été très étonnée par de telle pratique ! Cela ne nous a pas pour autant gaché notre séjour mais un petit goût amer...

Une très belle villa fami...
Une très belle villa familiale intégrants des mobiliers de qualité. Très bien entretenu, le niveau des prestations justifie le budget. L'équipement est très complet, rien ne manque. Une vue imprenable sur la mer, et un accès en quelques minutes à la plage comme de l'autoroute. Tranquillité dans un environnement pavillonnaire plutôt haut de gamme.
