The Villa is located in the Gated Community Madronal Gate 4 in Benahavis. The villa has the most fantastic sea views, a mature tropical garden, private tennis court, pool & outdoor BBQ kitchen. The villa is South Facing, meaning sun on all terasses all day. Garage for 2 cars & open parking platform 4 cars. The villa of 550m² is newly renovated and has 6 ensuite bedrooms (4 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each). A/C threw out, an individual studio apartment with private access, 2 flat screens with international channels and wifi. Just 10 minutes from the sea and set on the infamous Ronda Road, overlooking the stunning La Concha mountain, the villa is just 15 minutes from the Marbella Old Town. The Villa is located only 40 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus, 15 minutes from the beaches of San Pedro de Alcantara, a bustling little spanish town with restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. Your very own Spanish home from home, the villa is the perfect destination for an exclusive escape for up to 12 people. We suggest renting a car, it will be easier to move around the city and enjoy it to the fullest. The closest restaurant is 10 min by foot. The closest supermarket is 10 min by car.
