"No towels, no toilet paper, no air conditioner, no soap (found a small piece of used soap). kitchen gas only lasted in several minutes. Oven and Microwave work normally. Found hairs and dusty on beds, seems the beddings didn't change for every booking. We called the phone listed on hotel.com, only got “no speaking English”.
