Cosy Nook Flat 1 - Ideal for families, fishing clubs and other interest groups

This unit has two separate Bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 single beds that can be combined to form one king bed, by request. The 2nd bedroom contains three single beds.

The unit has an open plan living space with a well appointed kitchen, dining area and lounge, where you will find all your basic needs, including a chest freezer for your catch of the day.

A disabled friendly (not wheelchair friendly) entrance, along with a bathroom with grab rails, walk-in shower and shower chair are also features.

There is a carport attached to this unit as well as outdoor furniture.

With 7 units at 93 Sydenham Parade and 2 cottages at 19 & 19A Wattle Street, Cosy Nook can accommodate you, your family, friends and clubs in well appointed and very comfortable surroundings. Both sites have ample free parking, and BBQ facilities. Cosy Nook Holiday Accommodation offers a spacious BBQ, entertainment and presentation area, which is also available to guests staying at the cottages.

Both sites are great jumping off points for fishing, sightseeing, bush walking and local tourist hotspots.
