"I've stayed in pretty much every highly rated rental home in the area over the last 4 years and this is by far the best. Unlike most rentals, they did a very high end remodel on this one. The flooring, fixtures, appliances, beds etc. are all really high quality. The kitchen is the most well supplied we've ever come across. The decor is a bit funky but the house is spotlessly clean. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and the check in check out process was a breeze... I just wish it was around 4 years ago! "

"The house is about 12 minutes from campus and is nestled in an established community. Felt very safe. The home is well appointed and the game room is great! Easy to navigate the kitchen and find what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Not one complaint! Would definitely stay again!"
