Schönes neuwertiges Ferienhaus mit guter Einrichtung, aber Baustelle drumherum
Positiv: Ansprechend gestaltetes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, gute Betten, schöne Möblierung. Negativ: Durch große Fensterflächen sehr starke Aufheizung. Wenig Infrastruktur, weil die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen (Schwimmbad, Angebote zur Freizeitgestaltung...) noch nicht gebaut sind. Außerdem Belästigung durch Bauarbeiten (Lärm, Baufahrzeuge)
