Straightaway you will feel at home, with its traditional furnishings and superb art greeting you in every room.
To your left is the ground floor double bedroom and family shower room.
Walk straight ahead, and you will want to linger in the welcoming open plan sitting area, with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a well-equipped fitted kitchen, and patio doors that opens onto the private enclosed lawn and patio garden, this is the perfect social area for those wonderful family gatherings.
Upstairs to your right is a large bright and spacious 3ft twin bedroom.
Turn left and you will find the family bathroom and 2nd double bedroom and at the end of the landing is the most stunning spacious master bedroom, which has been tastefully furnished and has panoramic views of the sea, harbour, River Yar and Brading Down. There are two parking spaces, 1 directly outside of the entrance, and another off-road parking space just up the road on the right.
