"This home was exactly everything it said it was and more. Our family of 12 ranging from 19 to 83 years old stayed for our nephew‘s wedding at Castle Farms in February. The home was warm, physically and aesthetically with plenty of space for everyone to be together, or apart. The large open living dining and kitchen area lended itself to laughter and fellowship. Ample bathroom facilities and bedroom accommodations were perfect. We loved that there was plenty of room for all of our vehicles and a garage available during the snowstorm. Crockpots, waffle makers, two coffee pots and even a griddle made it so much easier for our family meals. This is absolutely the place to stay if you’re going to a wedding at Castle Farms. It’s so close in proximity and easy access to some delicious restaurants. Would love to stay in the summertime and take advantage of that fabulous wraparound porch. "

"This hotel was amazing. A hip and relaxing atmosphere that hits all the key points. This hotel is truely a very unique build that reminds me of the architecture of sweden, only bigger. The windows are all situated in such a way that the your door faces outwards. Which in my own opinion is a really authentically pleasing design choice. A bit hard to explain with words but hopefully the pictures can fill in the gaps. Upon being greeted at the hotel you enter the lobby through a cozy small setting with a seating area, fire, bar and cocktail area and a few tv screens. If you are a bourbon lover as I am theyve got tou covered with the basics and a few more Blantons and Rock Hill Farms included. This hotel is dog friendly and we were greeted by a few of the furry guests in the lobby upon checking in. I understand that not everyone is a animal lover so I will make a point of mentioning that I did not botice any smells or excess amounts of fur around the building as can be said of perhaps some other hotels. The upkeep is bery well maintained at this hotel. Our room was a king room (me and my wife) and it was surprisingly spacious. The bedframe has that raw woods aesthetic that I rather enjoy with a European feel platform bed and live edge headboard. A neat touch is the bed has a underlighting feature that can be turned on and off to be used as a nightlight. The bed itself wasnt terrible. Id say however it may be more on the firmer side that I prefer but overall not too bad."

"we loved our stay in this condo. the first floor meant easy access to everything outside. there were some issues with the internet that were taken care of immediately.everything we needed was there (i would suggest adding a baking sheet to the kitchen items). the whole place was very clean and i am very picky about that when my grandkids are staying,too!we enjoyed take out meals from "the caboose" around the bend.as it happened, our flights home were canceled and we needed to stay another night. i sent an email inquiring if we could stay one more night and had an almost immediate response that we could. that was a huge help!i would not hesitate to stay here again. thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!"

"This traditional block farmhouse has been expertly renovated into a highly comfortable rental property. The renovation carefully preserved architectural features such as the original trim and moulding, while modernizing with updated electrical systems, cabinetry, new windows, and exceptionally comfortable beds (three king-size). Despite sub-zero temperatures during the stay, the house maintained a comfortable temperature without excessive use of the furnace. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, including a gas stove. The house is spacious with two stories. The televisions are fitted with Firesticks, facilitating easy streaming of your preferred content. Located in a quiet mixed-use area of residential properties and boat storage just outside Charlevoix city limits, there is ample space for walking pets. It is only a short drive to downtown Charlevoix. The host was responsive and easily contactable, promptly addressing an initial issue at check-in. I highly recommend this property."
