"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service....

"The palace is located in the center of the town making it accessible to all forms of transportation. Being that the hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town, the noise didn’t bother me when I was in the hotel room. I also want to give a shout out to Luz, who prepared breakfast with the most delicious foods and baked goods! I can’t leave out the front desk staff either, they were all so helpful, joyful and friendly. "

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to Bilbao. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. We arrived a few hours early, and since our room was ready, they kindly let us check in early. The room was spacious, with a massive, comfy bed. "I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

Great stay, convenient location

"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again."
