"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. "Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina."

"Lovely grounds, comfortable apartment and the views were just WOW "

"Lovely location to get the train to and from. Walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful. You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! Lovely beach to chill on. "

"Staff was friendly - upgraded to corner balcony room upon arrival without even asking - excellent service- and could literally see Aetna from the outer deck and from the bed out the window. Parking was not a concern as there is parking out front and valet, both for a fee. Location provides view also from lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and is located next to a popular and famous local pizzeria/ restaurant. Easy walk to main area via « secret « garden walkway."

"Staff at hotel were fantastic. We arrived ate and they sorted out all the parking and got us all set up for the week. Big thank you to all of you for making it a wonderful stay, you made it a special week for all the right reasons. Property was good, everything worked and Lu Souli Bar and Restaurant excellent food too. "
