"Convenient location -- airport 747 bus stops just outside the hotel and Champ-du-mars metro station is 5 minutes walk away. Efficient check-in. Room had minor unrepaired problems -- broken drawer, no stopper in sink, bathtub stopper broken, etc. Our room looked onto a construction site, but not noisy. Beds were comfortable. Ample hot water available. Mini-fridge but no microwave in room. Individual heating/cooling units in each room. Front desk staff were friendly and able to answer all...

"Lovely property with large suites, an indoor pool, grocery delivery, daily room service, breakfast, and a coffee shop next door. Note to those who drive larger vehicles, the parking is only 5'5" so no trucks or vans. Only thing I might recommend is to have early breakfast to go for early travellers. Otherwise, my stay was perfect! Highly recommend and would stay again!"

"This is my second review of the William Gray Hotel. We love this hotel: best location in the heart of Old Montreal, the service is exceptional (they offered us bottles of water for the road...small thought that means a whole lot), the rooms are great, the bar, restaurant and the shower omg... it will wash away your sorrows... and your dead skin. "

"The washing machine was beside our room and it sounded like some put shoes in the dryer and it banged at night. Same people lingering in the lobby for 2 days 🙄"

"This was our first trip to Montreal and we had a lovely stay at Sonders Apollon! The grounds and common areas were clean and tastefully decorated. We had a 1bdr unit and it was perfect for us. They had everything we needed for our short stay. Laundry was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was much larger than anticipated. It's located on a quiet street and steps from the lively areas in Old Montreal. It's a short 8min walk to the port area but there are endless cafes, shops, restaurants and more...

"Our stay was beyond amazing here , I would highly recommend this place and would 11/10 stay here again when I visit Montreal. The only small concern was there was no one at the front desk after a certain time i believe and we had difficulty finding linen for the pull out bed after hours, not realizing someone wouldn’t be at the desk late hours. But we figured it out and made sure to get some the following morning when staff were on site. Cleanliness was on point. We had no complaints "

"Great location for all the tourist places in Old Montreal, you can walk to everything. There are many restaurants around to choose from as well. The free breakfast was very good with many choices, even for me, that is gluten free. Having a restaurant and bar inside the hotel is also quite nice and convenient, however there are no gluten free options so we only had drinks there. They do have a nicely stocked convenience store inside as well for any items you may have forgotten, or snacks...
