"I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the people at the front desk for helping me in my urgent need. Muito obrigada! Thank you to Mr Gomes from the restaurant for his kindness and affable conversation! Breakfast was awesome! "We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything"

"Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The only issue was how thin the walls are in the bathrooms. We could hear everything from the people in the next room. Not sure what could be done to correct this issue. Overall a beautiful hotel."

"I slept well but the building is old and some stuff in the room is in rough condition. Also there was no mirror in the bathroom for some reason. There was a fridge but no microwave. "
