Great property. It would be helpful if check in staff knew English. Also Woolf be helpful to have English signage on the property. Also have smart tv in the rooms with access to English programming.

This hotel has an amazing view of the city on the 20th floor and is a spectacular reason to stay at this hotel. The pool is also on the balcony!!

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and I was disappointed to see that the hotel is starting to look run down and in need of upkeep. The rooms are spacious, with the usual amenities and washing machine, which is a bonus when you have been travelling for a few weeks and need to do your laundry. The hotel should offer chargeable drinks in the fridge. I like the location and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. I had problems with the tv in the room and it was not replaced. I returned to the hotel a few days later and was given a different room and the tv in that room had the same issue, which was not put right once again. I hope they bring the hotel back up to standard by my next visit.

Great location and facilities
I spent 3 days at the hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are very large and are more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen area with large fridge freezer, washing machine, cupboards, etc.; two separate living areas, one with a sofa and TV and one with a round table and four chairs. The facilities are quite modern and well looked after. Parking facilities are free of charge and finding a place is not a problem. I look forward to staying at the Ville Celestine Condo Hotel & Eventos again in future trips. This is now my hotel of choice in Belo Horizonte.

A estadia foi boa, mas menor que a expectativa. As instalações do hotel são boas, mas pecou nos detalhes. A começar pelos colaboradores do check in que pareciam estar aborrecidos com alguma coisa. O quarto era espaçoso e com dois banheiros, o que é muito bom, além disso, estavam bem limpos. As roupas de cama e banho, ok. Por ser um apart tinha até máquina de lavar roupa. A cama era confortável, mas rangia e se a pessoa do lado se mexesse vc também se movia. A ducha da suite estava bem fraquinho, mas a outra estava boa. O café da manhã foi médio. Aparentemente pareciam gostosos, mas a maioria dos pães que pegamos estavam ressecados e o melão que peguei estava totalmente passado. Todos esses detalhes acabam influenciando negativamente na experiência.
