The service and food quality of the restaurant is the poorest as well as the sound isolation system in the room that I have had. Still, very kind service offered by the receptionist.

The hotel is old and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy and the bathroom had mold. The drain in the shower did not work. The car was parked in the garage during a rainstorm and the garage was flooded. The room key did not work every single time we left and came back.

Achei o valor bem alto para o que é oferecido. Banheiro com mofo, papeleira saindo da parede e fazendo o papel higiênico cair, lodo no box, apenas dois travesseiros finos, um cobertor de solteiro para uma cama de casal, café da manhã ok, mas achei os bolos horríveis, secos e duros. Não voltaria e não vale o que cobram.

O hotel é muito simples diante da tarifa cobrada (400,). Por ser uma rede conhecida, espera-se o minimo de conforto. Colchao da cama bem desgastado e desconfortavel alem da ducha decepcionante. O café da manha é bom e o atendimento tambem.
