Wir finden diesen Ort ideal für Menschen, die Wert auf Ruhe und schöne Umgebung legen. Sowohl das Meer, als auch die Berge können mit dem Auto schnell erreicht...

"We had a lovely time. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is a great rural retreat, not to far from the coast and we were able to get to some very pretty towns and villages relatively quickly. This is certainly a beautiful part of Italy. Hugh was very welcoming and informative. The only downside of our stay was the viscous Mosquitos. If you are prone to being bitten you will need insect repellent on night and day."

"Es war ein kurzer Aufenthalt von fünf Tagen. Besonders gut hat uns die Nähe zum Strand gefallen. Allerdings war er am Bahngleis. Durch verschiedene Unterführungen gelangt man gut dorthin. Während der Nacht haben wir die Züge fahren gehört. Toll wäre eine Klimaanlage! Für einen Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert! "

The apartment has a beautiful view of the valley and the sea, and it is set in a charming village away from the hustle and bustle of the beach towns below. "We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The apparent was clean, cute and had everything for a relaxing week. The pool is nice to dip into if it’s too warm. Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. The only “negative” is that the internet is not that great...but hey...I read three books in a week so I’m not complaining!"

"We spent an excellent week here in late June. Apartment is well-equipped and high-spec. benefiting from the breeze as it overlooks the town. Situated in a private, gated complex with parking. The pool area is large with plenty of shade. Alessia was a great host with local knowledge and was happy to assist us. My only observation would be that when it gets hotter, the apartment lacks air-conditioning. Do book a meal at Osteria Pepe Nero which is a short climb further up the hill."

"We had an excellent welcome from the hosts and were shown around the apartment. It was very clean and modern with everything we needed. It was well positioned- a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk. The apartment is also well positioned for the old part of Grottemare. Highly recommended."

"Wir haben hier 14 traumhaft schöne Tage verbracht. Vom Check in bis zum Check out war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss, mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern war diese, für uns vier, mehr als geräumig. Das Babybett konnte, ohne Probleme, gestellt werden. Eine sehr durchdachte Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Wer es penibel sauber mag, wird es hier lieben - Darauf wird hier sehr viel Wert gelegt!! Auch auf familiäre Freundlichkeit wird viel Wert gelegt....

It was difficult to cool the room, but this may be a unique situation, because we're Canadian and find a lot of rooms in Italy too warm for us. It's probably fine for people used to milder weather.
