"It was a perfect location! In town and since it was December was quiet, you can walk to anything you need. Coffee shop, thrift/antique shops, smoothie bar, tattoo shop, multiple little restaurants and local shops, a cute little vinyl bar. About 20 minutes from Meredith which is another cute little town. The staff was great! Would definitely recommend!"

"We checked in and got an upgrade to Church Landing and got a beautiful room with balcony looking out over the lake. The room was twice the size of Mill Falls, much quieter and huge bathrooms. It was wonderful and we were very impressed vs the small and noisy rooms that looked at the parking lot we were expecting. "

I had to extend my stay, but being from Canada it was actually better for me cost wise to make a new booking through Expedia so technically I should have had to check out and check back in but the staff helped me out and made sure I stayed in my room and just extended my booking like I had extended with them. I didn't really have time to check out any of the amenities but just from the friendliness of the staff if I'm back in Concord I'll stay here. "
