"The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. "My stay here was just perfect. The apartment itself was really cute and nicely decorated. Overall the apartment had a wonderful vibe and Michael was able to assist me when I needed his help. Finding the apartment was a bit confusing at first but overall I loved everything about my stay here. The location was also perfect as we were about 10 minutes from many fun breweries and restaurants. "

"Me and my husband had a great time while we stayed here and everything looked like the photos. The condo owners were extremely helpful with any issues we had and were quick to get back to us and have it addressed. I will say that this isn't the most accessible property as this unit is on the third floor with no elevator so if you have any mobility issues that could be a problem but otherwise it's great place to stay."

"Drive up to Carolina every year for the big game Falcons vs Panthers. My previous location was booked and this was my alternative. Property was clean and presentable. Distance from door to stadium 🏟️ was just under 2 miles. Great place to stay if you want to be near Uptown and eateries. Host accommodative and hospitable."

When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much...

"What to say about the host of this property! responsive within minutes. Paper towels stocked as well as toilet paper, Great towels and plenty of them as well as sheets and pillows. And the location. A grocery store within walking distance; a wonderful pizza/Italian restaurant; CVS, And South Park only 3 miles away. I was there for 2 weeks. Feels like home. Stay at Sara's place on your next visit to Charlotte. You will not be disappointed "

"The home was a relaxing getaway on a finger of Lake Norman. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for a delicious dinner. The quaint nearby towns were great for day trips. "

"The condo unit faces the boat dock harbor of Lake Norman by I-77 Davidson Griffith St. Exit. It is a cute, small 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 closet unit near the Davidson College exit. The kitchen was tiny, underequipped, no knife set or spices other than salt and pepper. ."
