There were bugs in the bed of our first room, so we were moved to another room. Both of the rooms were not clean. Outlets did not work. No wifi or free breakfast/ coffee as advertised. The blinds were broken and the room smelled like smoke in the second room. Common areas/ hallways were dirty.

My friend Jessica and I checked in on Friday. The hotel was bug infested I have so many videos of multiple bugs. Dirty. Very uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep there we left at 5am. Would like to be refunded for my stay. I have so many pictures and videos of the bug infested room. Hayley Oates

this is the most disgusting place i’ve ever been too. stains everywhere, bugs in the sheets, hair clumps in the bathroom. we couldn’t even stay the night it was so disgusting. we got out there as soon as possible. We had a ride service pick us up to go out on the town and our driver was shocked we were staying there because of all the illegal activities it’s known for

Room was recently mopped, but that was about it. Shower was not clean (had hair on floor), one of the bedsheets was stained, and other bed had sand in it on the sheets. Also no Internet and cable was non existent. TV only had access to antenna channels that came in fuzzy. Pool was empty. Roommate swears he heard someone screaming in the middle of the night.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! This place is a dump. Infested with bugs and dirt as well as mold in every room. I’ve switched rooms 4 times and ended up staying somewhere else because it doesn’t seem safe nor clean nor healthy to stay there. When I asked the manager if he would stay there himself he straight up said no. Please don’t stay here!

Was hopeful that the reviews were untrue. Really basic easy things weren’t even done .. Bugs everywhere. My phone slipped under the bed and I reached under the bed to see it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Dust everywhere. Bathroom had hair. Ceiling could have at least been painted. The thing is I have stayed in lower budget hotels before but this was like they didn’t even try.
